我們一行4 人去吃午餐。三小姐說想吃西餐，所以我們來了Lamb Rack。一進到裡面只剩下兩張檯，我們坐下了以後另外那張檯就有人坐下，沒有空檯了。還好我們走得快。For soup , you can choose cream soup or tomato soup. The cream soup is OK, the tomato soup is too sour.The garlic bread is as hard as a stone. The quality is extremely poor.焗豬排飯如果要用一個字來形容焗豬排飯，我會用 ｢少｣ 這個字。最外面的那一層只有少許燶，證明時間控制得不錯。少分量的芝士讓人感到不會太肥膩。少許燶&少分量的芝士是OK。不幸地，其他的材料都很少。豬排的數量太少，只有4小塊，每一塊都真的很小塊，而且是骨多肉少，還好豬排的味道還算入味&鬆化。番茄醬不是太酸，不是太甜，算是酸甜適中，可以接受，只是番茄醬太少，不夠撈飯。另外，裡面只有番茄醬，完全沒有加入任何番茄，是不是應該加一點番茄來增加口感&營養? 裡面的蔬菜只有非常非常少的洋蔥，大概有兩塊，

整個焗豬排飯的分量太少，作為午餐分量真的太少，如果作為下午茶就OK。如果這個飯是想給OL吃，蔬菜的分量少得可憐。如果這個飯是想給男生&學生吃，分量根本不夠飽。請問老闆的target customer 到底是誰?
本來焗豬排飯的味道已經算不錯，可惜敗在材料的分量太少，就算味道再好吃也會讓顧客對食物的印象大打折扣。

粟米忌廉汁魚柳長通粉魚柳的數量跟豬排的數量一樣少，只有4小塊，幸好魚柳沒有骨頭。The slightly golden brown colour of the fish shows that the baking time of the fish is OK.
忌廉汁的分量適中，很creamy。長通粉沒有tender but chewy的口感。粟米吃下去有點硬，一種冷藏了很久的感覺。Why can’t the chef use fresh corn instead of frozen corn? If the chef uses fresh fish and fresh corn, this dish would be better. Again, the amount of the dish is not enough for lunch set. More pasta and more fish are required.

炭燒豬排拼日式吉列炸蝦配意粉The pork chop is OK. The timing of the frying is OK. The taste of the meat is not too bad. The size of this pork chop is reasonable. It is not as small as the pork chop of the first dish. The spaghetti is OK. There are some vegetables, but the amount is too small. There should be more vegetables. The tomato sauce is not enough. More tomato sauce should be provided. The prawns are not fresh. They are frozen. The frozen tast is so obvious. Why couldn’t the chef use fresh prawns? I suggest the dish should have 2 pieces of pork chop and 4 prawns instead of one piece of pork chop and 2 prawns.

香煎肉眼牛排配意粉The steak is OK. Again there should be 2 pieces of steak instead of one piece. Besides steak, there should be some other types of food to make this dish has more variety. It is too plain to just have steak and spaghetti. If the dish has other seafood or other types of meat or other types of vegetables, the dish would be a lot more better.

Overall, the timing of the dish is not bad, but the taste and the amount still need lots of improvement. The prize of the dish is not cheap. Actually, they are quite expensive. The prize is expensive, but the quality of the dish is not good enough. Also, the waiters are busy talking to each other and they refuse to refill water for us. This is a great disappointment for us.
