Our fireflies trip was a huge success, we are honestly so thankful for the great weather in-between consecutive summer rainstorms. To celebrate this we came to our old fave to have a few famous Tai Po treats to call it a night!

I got this box of cold served pork collar drizzled with a mix of yellow mustard, sweet sauce and Chinese marinade. The pork neck was properly sliced, broiled and chilled, not oily at all, with texture tasted almost like crisp. Together with the sauces, it’s a bliss.

There were a few tables for sitting down and dining. Our gang grabbed a few chicken thighs to enjoy. Both the deep fried and marinaded versions were gold. Chicken legs were enormous in size, as always. We had a great night, filled with youth and sweat.
