[蟲草花花膠灌湯餃 ($30)] 湯汁鮮甜 係有一兩舊花膠 結果價錢都幾抵食 但係個餃子就覺得冇乜驚喜

[King of Shrimp Dumplings ($31)] Fresh shrimp filling with the crispness of some vegetables, with a thin dumpling skin
[Prawn in Deep Fried Dough Rice Rolls ($35)] Crispy fried dough sticks wrapped in a thin rice roll with fresh prawns, great balance of sweet and savory
[Steamed Rice with Black Pepper and Beef Ribs ($42)] This was so much bigger than I expected! Black pepper was strong so only get this if you can tolerate spice, but good value for a reasonable price
[Taro and Molten Custard Fried Dough Balls ($29)] Loved this dessert with dripping custard and a crispy exterior, couldn't really taste the taro though
[Soup Dumpling with Cordyceps Flowers ($30)] Soup was pretty rich but the dumpling was mediocre
