翠華餐廳 (已結業)

Always go to this 翠華for lunch and supper and nearly every time I order 魚湯米線which is my all-time favourite!!!The fish soup is really good. 魚味不算好濃, but 鮮味十足!!! I don’t think a lot of 味精is added in the soup coz I don’t feel very thirsty each time I finish the whole bowl. The 米線is very 爽口and the fish dumplings are quite 彈牙, 極有水準!A must if you are looking for something light and less unhealthy in a 茶餐廳.
