I recently visited this restaurant and was profoundly disheartened to discover that they do not provide any warm or hot drinking water, irrespective of the circumstances. The only alternatives presented were still or sparkling water at room temperature, which struck me as an undue inconvenience and a blatant means for the establishment to augment its profits. As a patron who has a distinct preference for warm water, I found this policy to be a considerable disappointment and a significant letdow
While the food and service were otherwise acceptable, the absence of readily available warm drinking water left a rather unpleasant impression and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. It is quite disconcerting that a basic expectation such as access to warm drinking water is not met, particularly in a dining setting. Consequently, I would be reluctant to patronise this establishment again, given this substantial oversight in customer service.
