這間人氣麵包店席捲全港,年底更會開設尖沙咀分店,人氣有增無減。我不喜歡麵包,所以一直都未有衝動去試,直至近期跟一喜歡麵包的長輩見面,便買了最具人氣的𝑩𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆作為小小心意,所以才得以一試!由於是星期六,店舖大排長龍,但等輪時間不長,只需5-10分鐘。❄︎ 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒅𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝑬𝒈𝒈 𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒕: 真的名不虛傳! 很好吃,絕對會再光顧 🔥 撻皮酥脆,豐富的牛油香味。蛋漿口感細滑,濃郁的蛋香及淡淡的焦糖味道,暫時是我食過最好吃的葡撻 💯 ❄︎ 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒕: 口感十分具空氣感,酥皮酥脆,但由於涼了,比起熱食則驚喜不大。❄︎ 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒘𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑽𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉: 表層的酥皮被掃上一層蜜糖,甜甜的但不過火。咬上去十分鬆軟,就算已經放涼了,酥皮依舊十分有口感。入面是vanilla味的吉士醬,個人頗為喜歡💕This bakery has been a hit ever since its first store was launched. This bakery has been a hit ever since its first store was launched. The hype hasn’t seemed to cool down, as it’s opening the third store in TST soon. Honestly I’m not a bread lover, so I wasn’t impulsive enough to give it a try, especially given the long line. Until recently I’m meeting an uncle who loves bread, so I thought it’s a good idea to buy some bread and pastries as a little gift.


It was a Saturday and the line was quite long. But it took only 5-10 min to get into the shop.


❄︎ 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒅𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝑬𝒈𝒈 𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒕: It’s not overrated. NOT AT ALL. It’s sooo good that I’d definitely give it another shot. The tart crust is crumbly and flaky. And I love how buttery it is. The egg custard filling is smooth and creamy. The deep and lengthy aroma of eggs with its caramelized top is just impeccable. The egg tarts could be sold out in a blink, so go earlier! ☺️

❄︎ 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒕: Flaky, airy, buttery all in one. It wasn’t fresh out of the oven when I had it, so it’s not as impressive as being served hot.


❄︎ 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒘𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑽𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉: It’s glittering because of the honey glaze on the surface. It’s sweet but not overly. Given that we put it aside to take photos for quite a bit, the texture was still flaky and buttery. The vanilla custard filling goes very well with the dough.
