of course i order the wagyu beef with the spicy cheese soup! I pick for the udon this time! i wish that the texture of it can be more chewy as the soup is very hot now, the udon may become a bit soft quickly if you cannot compete with time successfully!
The wagyu beef is very strong in flavour and it is tender and smooth! the soul of the udon is defintely the cheese soup! Very strong in falvour while the taste of it won't be very heavy! the spiciness also enlighten me and allow me to eat more!
This is the fried cheese tofu, very crispy exterior while the interior is very smooth and the cheese inside is slowly leaking out! it is offered at very reasonable price, around HKD40,you can already enjoy 6 pieces of this heavenly cheesey tofu!
The squid and the shrimp! I like the shrimp a lot as it is just cooked to the optimum point! very chewy and fresh ! But i think the squid is a little bit overcooked as it is a bit dry
The cheese and the garlic scallop is also cool ! the cheese with the salad sauce is relativvely heavy. But for the garlic one is a good pick! little spiciness and the garlic strengthen the sweetness and freshness of the scallops!
