I made reservation for the hairy crab set today in the afternoon!! The session should be from 12:00 to 2:00pm, we arrived 10 min earlier! Then we settled down there. After that no one come or serve as any dishes!! We waited until 11:15, and asked when will start, they only mentioned it takes time to cook and keep selling no need to place order! I asked again, they replied that the food are cooking, the staff keep asking us to sit down and wait! Then I asked how much time is needed. They cannot r

I made reservation for the hairy crab set today in the afternoon!! The session should be from 12:00 to 2:00pm, we arrived 10 min earlier! Then we settled down there. After that no one come or serve as any dishes!! We waited until 11:15, and asked when will start, they only mentioned it takes time to cook and keep selling no need to place order! I asked again, they replied that the food are cooking, the staff keep asking us to sit down and wait! Then I asked how much time is needed. They cannot reply. Just said they were cooking the dishes. I did not satisfied with their reply, and asked how long need to take to cook, they said 25 to 30 mins!!! It is totally unreasonable!!!! The session limited to complete in 2 hours!!! And it take 30 min to cook for the first round? The hairy crab should be under ‘all you can eat’ style!! But I cannot order how many I want! They said they will serve us from time to time!!! Then what meant by ALL YOU CAN EAT!!!

Finally, I chose to left!!!
