We went to this hot pot place last Sunday. We ordered the following as per bill attached. 我同個女waiter 講，話D魚鮫好咸。And she said: “D 魚鮫吾係我地做架，係出面買的” 當時我都已經有D 嘴why would any waiter give such a response ? 我心諗，我話知你邊度做，你地開得餐廳D食嘅就當然入你地數啦。如果我叫牛，D牛吾新鮮，吾同妳同我講係個農場養得D牛吾好？？！！And then碟手打賴尿牛丸到了.....跟住落尼先至係經典....碟牛丸一樣係超咸。I asked the same 女waiter and told her is too salty.... And here is her response: “ 從來無客咁講過喎”...... 我今次真係勁嘴。竟然有waitress 態度可以咁差。其實我只不過反應一下姐。需吾需要咁樣attitude 呀。And then the 美國頂級牛小排...the waiter said 有

嘴。竟然有waitress 態度可以咁差。其實我只不過反應一下姐。需吾需要咁樣attitude 呀。And then the 美國頂級牛小排...the waiter said 有三個方法去食。To tell u the truth... I think the 3-way is laughable and a waste of time. 明顯係桌頭嘢。The portion is rather small and the beef is alright but not my cup of tea as I prefer 牛頸脊。The waitress recommended 嚴選新鮮手砌牛頸脊。I ordered the small portion. 味道非常一般，完全沒有牛味又冇口感。Lucky I ordered the small portion. 炸魚片，waitress 話出名所以叫左。OMG.... it was disgusting ! 全晩最好食就係響鈴and 跟鍋底的兩塊鴨血。講真，there are sooooo many hot pot places in HK. This one is overpriced, overrated and absolutely pretentious! 我去春夏秋冬火鍋都比呢閒好食。
