I was keenly attracted by the trays of "musubi buns" near to the bakery entrance. There were a few varieties: original pork floss, mala pork floss, cooked salmon, teriyaki chicken. Would definitely have got all of the flavors if I have four stomachs. Picked the salmon musubi bun and it was covered with a nori seaweed, sesame and mayo. Smelt incredible and it was fully filled with a mixture of cooked salmon AND PEARL RICE GRAINS. A big little surprise!Also got a Bacon & Cheese mashed potato bun.
