有日行過時代廣場後街，見到既可愛又抵死嘅白懶貓🐱 醒起 IG 介紹過呢間小店以拿破侖起家，我呢個拿破侖控就秒速被佢吸咗入去。櫥窗內有多款口味，即食細細件啱曬我一個人。雖然個餅唔甜，每層酥皮都厚身，但酥化嘅口感就差少少🤏 內餡嘅 cream 比較厚身，唔夠細緻幼滑，有點失望，惟有同白懶貓打多啲卡補番數😍上網翻查小店原來提供 1 小時前預訂服務，即叫即焗以保持拿破侖酥脆口感，打從心底裡欣賞店主對食物質素嘅執著👍 店主一定要繼keep 住呢團火🔥 令大家都有理由繼續撐本地小店💪I was first attracted by the cat-themed decorations on the store window. I was first attracted by the cat-themed decorations on the store window. Then I discover the owner is specialized in making Napoleon of which I am a huge fan😍 There were many different flavors and I just randomly picked mango mini puff cube. The puff pastry was just average. The cream was too thick too, not achieving a smooth texture though. However the Lan Lan Cat funny cartoons and the unique accessories were very IGable. I realized the shop provides 1 hour advance order to achieve the most delicate layers of flakiness. Appreciate their commitment to quality! Keep it up👍
