『鬧市中的Cafe//嘆杯咖啡食件蘋果黑麥Toast啦』@NOC Mercury, Tin Hau⠀⠀𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙏𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩 $52⠀Caramelized apple on dark malt flexseed sourdough toast 🍎🍞 with mascarpone cheese and walnuts. Didn't expect much but the smooth mascarpone cheese together with dark malt sourdough is great! Toast is crunchy outside and soft inside, taste of dark malt is OK but not very strong. Could be stronger 👌🏻😋 The caramelized apples are way too sweet for me..it's so sweet that I even think it tastes like canned peach... 🙈 Walnut is just for

在沒有太大的情況下，這個期望Apple Toast其實是有驚喜的～黑麥酸種麵包外脆內鬆軟，配上軟滑的mascapone cheese確實很搭。😋黑麥味道可以更強喔～至於焦糖蘋果對我來說真的太甜了～甚至有點像罐頭水果🙈 覺得把甜度降低整體會更fresh呢👌🏻⠀

Chose nutty instead of fruity for our coffee. ⠀
咖啡可以選擇nutty或者fruity。害怕咖啡酸味的我們當然毫不猶豫選擇nutty啦。咖啡不算很濃也不算很香，朱古力味道略嫌不夠濃郁，但還是明顯的。因為我本身很少喝Mocha，所以不太懂🙈⠀

A normal flat white I guess. ⠀
同樣地咖啡味不算很香濃，我不是專家不太懂評鑑🙈 不錯但不驚豔的感覺～⠀

整體來說，咖啡不算令人驚豔，食物質素不錯，加上環境很不錯，以後經過人不太多，或再來試試其他口味的toast喔～店員態度良好有禮貌💯⠀

In short, the food and coffee are nice but not WOW, the environment is good and quiet indees. Will be back next time to try out other toasts. Staff are quite polite too. ⠀

⚠️餐廳有消毒酒精提供，而且有隔版隔住每一桌，店員亦有要求食物上桌才能脫口罩👍🏻 Hand sanitizer provided and barriers between each table. Customers are requested to take off mask only when the food is served. ⠀
