『識食一定食湯餃//皮薄爆餡好正呀』@Delicious Dumplings 美味餃子店, Prince Edward⠀⠀I have been a big fan of their soup dumplings since I first tried around 10 years ago. From small shop to a bigger one now, from $3X/bowl to $4X/bowl now, the quality is still here. I still always crave for their dumplings all the time. I highly recommend soup dumplings because their soup base is just so delicious!! ⠀其實食咗呢間美味餃子店已經好多年喇，由係細舖食咗佢而家變大舖，其實都仲keep到個水準嘅🤘🏻雖然佢嘅湯好似冇以前咁濃郁，辣椒醬都冇以前咁辣，不過餃子依然都係非常之足料嘅😋⠀我最鍾意呢到嘅餃子多菜少肉，而且皮比較薄 如果係鍾意食皮厚餃子嘅朋

其實食咗呢間美味餃子店已經好多年喇，由係細舖食咗佢而家變大舖，其實都仲keep到個水準嘅🤘🏻雖然佢嘅湯好似冇以前咁濃郁，辣椒醬都冇以前咁辣，不過餃子依然都係非常之足料嘅😋⠀
我最鍾意呢到嘅餃子多菜少肉，而且皮比較薄 如果係鍾意食皮厚餃子嘅朋友就可能未必啱你哋啦。同埋我一定會食湯餃嘅，因為佢個湯係野葛菜生魚豬骨湯，就咁飲已經好好飲啦。食完之後再打包生餃子返屋企，平時就可以喺屋企煮嚟食啦🤣⠀

呢個係母親大人最愛，口味比較清淡，但口感好豐富。因為裡面有雲耳，脆脆地咁，非常爽口呀。⠀

呢個就比較重口味啲啦！因為多菜少肉，所以韭菜份量好多，食完一定會有口氣🤣⠀
