< Burger & Lobster > arrived at the highest bar in the world, < Ozone > of the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, as a month-long pop-up. After popular demand, it has stayed and is here to stay, or, at least, until further notice!
We who can't visit their shops in the UK now have the opportunity to taste their celebrated burgers and lobster in HK. What's more exciting is that this delicacy can be enjoyed in the world's highest bar! And the warm hospitality from the team of servers of the bar just makes our experience even more delightful.

Must-try items include the classic Mayfair burger and whole lobster, but we opted for a lobster roll and chicken burger which were also finger licking good and fulfilling. Let's save those must-tries for next visit!

來自英國的龍蝦加漢堡連鎖店《Burger & Lobster》今年初進駐香港，在全球最高酒吧、香港麗思卡爾頓酒店的Ozone設立期間限定店
其後因為人氣旺盛，他們決定延長營業日子，到現在好像更加是留下來了！
沒得親身到英國朝聖，現在在香港也有機會一嚐他們的龍蝦跟漢堡啦
再加上酒店內餐廳一貫的優質服務，令食客都想一訪再訪
較上次在Ozone吃晚餐的不快體驗，這次實在是好很多～
-Lobster roll w/ fries & salad ($328)
麵包用上brioche roll，口感鬆軟、牛油香濃郁，再烤得外層微脆
裡面夾著鮮甜味美又彈牙的龍蝦肉，加上檸檬美乃滋醬，色香味俱全🦞
淋上特製的蒜香檸檬醬汁，更令人食指大動！
龍蝦包伴隨薯條跟沙拉，豐富又可以平衡一下油膩感～

沒有點餐廳最招牌的牛肉漢堡 The Mayfair 🍔
反而嚐了這款炸雞漢堡，但也相當高水準！
上下兩層麵包質感鬆軟，外層微脆
中間夾著香脆的炸雞，入口即爆出豐富肉汁
再配上微辣的大蒜蛋黃醬，叫人回味無窮😛
