去台灣餐廳,最直接就係試咗「香酥雞扒魯肉飯」加埋「胚芽珍珠奶茶」。一上枱,先見到雞扒外皮金黃脆卜卜,切落仲聽到輕脆聲。咬開肉質嫩滑,香料同蒜味都滲到入去,唔會得個脆殼咁簡單。底下嘅魯肉飯更加討好,肥瘦相間,滷汁鹹香帶啲微甜,飯粒吸足咗醬香,油潤但唔會太膩。雞扒同魯肉嘅組合,一脆一軟,口感同味道都幾有層次。

至於胚芽珍珠奶茶,入口比一般珍奶多咗股穀物清香,奶味滑但唔壓住茶底,飲落有種淡淡堅果感。甜度適中,唔會膩口;珍珠彈牙有嚼勁,再加埋胚芽嘅清香,成杯有新鮮感。

呢套配搭食落滿足,鹹香厚味之後再由奶茶收尾,輕輕洗走油膩,留返茶香。成餐唔止係飽,仲覺得食得舒服,值得推介。
