上个月，见秋意渐浓，提醒自己开始要减少生冷食物，免得影响气管敏感或胃寒！醒起大约一年无帮衬的小店 Zumufi，供应热果汁！早前经过，还有供应热汤！ 太好了！一于找天再帮衬吧！蘑菇汤 $32以蘑菇打成蓉，汤底热辣辣菌香洋溢， 质感细滑浓稠！菌味浓郁！ 清新健康，不过定价贵了一点！ 我觉得用面包蘸一点汤来食，别有一番风味！最近经过店子已结业！完全意想不到！ 除了落闸之外，连招牌都拆埋，想再帮衬都机会嘞！

近两天跟朋友大吃大喝，所以，今天跟Honey午饭，想吃一点清新啲。想起上环永吉街，有一间饮果汁的小店。小店叫Zumufi，不知道是什么，更想一试。小店地方不大，但装饰简约，感觉很舒服。这店主食有意大利包和沙律。我和Honey都吃Panini：一款叫Turkey，是牛肉和沙律菜，几好味！但，有点干。另一个忘记了名称，内里是鸡肉、沙律菜、蓝芝士……也挺好味！到主角了！Xumufi是多种水果和果仁Mixed的饮品。好清新、香滑、丰盈的口感…新清而不寡口！而且，好大杯！材料是果仁水果，很健康！Honey 选 Berry 味，较香甜。我选Green味，较情而不算甜好多材料！饮完，很饱肚！健康又美味的选择！

出上环做完野 运动后想食个健康既晚餐所以就拣左理到 企系门口就已经有种好frech既感觉入到去店员都好细心咁介绍佢地既餐牌有选择困难既我 就讲想要多啲菜 最后店员介绍左Turkey比我- Detox+- Turkey店员听到我话想要多啲菜 重特登加多左啲菜比我Turkey入面既火鸡胸肉味道唔特出 反而香草同红辣椒加沙律菜mix埋好岩我口味 因为有小小既辣味 整个包唔会好dry 沙律菜重好新鲜食完都唔会有罪恶感 哈哈Detox 睇完入面既内容 完全对肠胃排毒超级有帮助 二话不说拣左佢下次会再试埋其他味道！

这次试上环小店ZumufiSelling point 卖健康饮料，亦有Panini提供选了Lunch combo, 减$5，其实唔系太优惠Panini size 只有一个手掌大小的正方形，已经知道连女仔都唔够食，但Panini包烘得够热、够脆，Ham & Cheese 既ham坚展示刀工，薄过头，但菠菜够新鲜，可借蜜糖芥末唔够重手，冇存在感，但其实呢4种材料放埋一齐好好味。饮料系Pear ginger , 热饮得黎感觉fresh , 但姜可以再多d。精致小店，当下午茶还好，正餐就唔够，价钱都偏贵

Went here for a light lunch and I mean light because I would need two paninis if I wanted to be full.Since my last visit, they had some new paninis and I was glad they were vegetarian flavours.Ended up getting a set because I wanted to try the goguma latte.The lid was hard to remove so I didn't take it off.Anyway, the goguma latte was thick and warming with real blended sweet potatoes in it and the sweetness was just right.As for my Zumufi special, there was rocket lettuce, mushroom, cream cheese and tofu inside.The rocket lettuce was a bit bitter but the cream cheese and soft grilled tofu was divine and last but not least the panini was soft with a crisp grilled surface.It was a bit messy to eat as the fillings kept falling out.After having the panini, I was really tempted to get the ham and brie panini which I will leave for next time and have two in one go!
