之前看了食家「小漏漏」的食评,对此店好有期待,这天坐言起行就去吃乳酪了很小的一间店,位置也很僻呢,我吃的那天一个顾客也没有,有点替她担心,希望只是时间早吧!本来想吃特别款式($35) 的,但原来每个星期只出一款,今个星期的是「黑森林蛋糕」,兴趣不大。我好想吃「乐家红莓桑子」呢...最后我选了这个组合:Mixed fruits+ Froyo + 1 topping ($30),虽然只可选一个topping,但可吃到这么多生果感觉却是非常超值店员先在杯上铺垫了不少生果,再添上乳酪,最后加上我所选的topping(焦糖燕麦) 就成了。拿上手重甸甸的,生果颜色缤纷鲜艳,未吃已令人生好感。先吃一口乳酪,质感非常幼滑,很香奶味,但又不失乳酪应有的酸甜味,接近Crumbs的味道,好吃!燕麦是乳酪最好的朋友,这里的燕麦偏向大粒,焦糖味香甜,令本已出色的乳酪更添口感。不过个人喜欢细粒的燕麦多一些,咬起来较有嚼劲。至于生果,虽然这杯少了较昂贵的芒果、蓝莓和士多啤梨,但款式也不算少,有奇异果、苹果、菠萝、提子、西瓜、蜜桃,还有较少在乳酪店见到的木瓜!生果未算清甜,但胜在新鲜天然,如果可以再放冻些会更好整体上不错,不过我觉得生果不适合铺在最底层,应该平均地分布,甚至可以铺成一层又层,因为现在的情况就是我吃完上面的乳酪,生果却还有不少,好像在吃生果杯... 继续阅读

终于食到好味乳酪啦....之前都试过好几间...一系无左yogurt味,一系无好奶。今次我试左桂花糕配yogurt. 估唔到桂花糕可以o甘清香,加上yogurt的乳酸味....wow...配得刚刚好。不防一试! 继续阅读

小时候家乡很流行一款用橡皮筋封口的瓷罐酸奶,没甚特色,除了那浓郁的乳酸原味。如今瓷罐酸奶变成北京人的集体回忆,大家纷纷寻寻觅觅,想找回那儿时的滋味,也有不少厂家伺机生产出似模似样的瓷罐们,可味道呢,却远不及当年那般浓郁稠状了。而传说当年的酸奶厂子,也抵不过时代的变迁,关门大吉了。香港流行的并非纯纯的酸奶,而是混合不少牛奶、增加了柔滑质感的乳酪雪糕,总觉得多数出品要么是过多用奶却酸感不足,要么就是乳酸味浓但过于冰感,唯有这一家的口感,符合我对乳酪的双重喜好:既乳酸味突出,质感也较软滑,不会很快就融掉。Toppings也新鲜多选择,还有很多糖果、朱古力、饼干与坚果可选,而店方自设的搭配也颇具创意,另有每周特设单品,变化层出,惊喜不断。只有鬼节推出的单品,原料主要有朱古力手指&脆米、包著提子的荔枝(呈眼珠状…)、草莓酱和南瓜蓉,最喜欢清甜绵绵的南瓜蓉,不用另外加糖已带出南瓜天然的甜香,而朱古力脆脆与手指则增添了朱古力的甜美与脆脆的口感,应节也好吃。以下三款平时都有提供,下图主要原料是桂花桔子,桂花冻清香扑鼻而略带甜美,桔子则酸爽而多汁,二者再搭上乳酪雪糕后格外清新醒胃,但整体来说有点过酸,如果当日的桔子较甜、或增加一些甜美元素(如枫糖、蜂蜜)会更美味。下图则由浸入红酒的黑提子、提子干、提子味啫哩、再淋上红酒提子汁制成。浸入红酒的提子大颗且软身,融入了红酒的微酸与甘香,提子干则更甜更咬口,而啫哩的味道并不突出,增加了滑溜溜的果冻质感,如果可以多一点提子红酒汁就令整体提子口感更突出也更香醇了。这一天同事突然又想吃乳酪雪糕也想来点零嘴,来这里就再合适不过了!摆放的满满的朱古力味小熊饼,cookies & cream朱古力,在来点酸甜清爽的士多啤梨,一杯好看又好吃的乳酪雪糕诞生了~以下三款是每周特定的,没有规律,不过其实碰上哪一款,都会是不错的尝试杨汁金露版乳酪雪糕:顾名思义,就是将杨汁金露糖水作toppings,以芒果与柚子的酸甜甘香作主角,整体口味清爽也不失甜美,只是我个人对这款糖水本身一般,就没有吃过第二次了。黑森林版乳酪雪糕:身为甜魔,最喜欢的就是这一款,可惜也不是日日都有,是要抱著期待的心境辛苦去等来的。煮过的车厘子果酱果香浓郁甜美,饱含大件软身的原粒车厘子,朱古力薄片则脆身且更甜,呼应了黑森林的主题;另配有朱古力味的面包粒,绵软而带朱古力的甘甜,营造出蛋糕的感觉。这三者摆在一起其实著实够甜,但配上清爽醒胃的乳酪雪糕后,一切都变得刚刚好了。还有一款没有相片,就用文字描述一下:用料是红莓酱、杏仁拖肥糖和燕麦还是别的谷物碎碎(抱歉我记不清了…),综合来说也是健康清新的单品,还好有少许杏仁拖肥糖调味,带出几丝香浓的甜美。但红莓酱的份量有些少,差不多有半杯的乳酪雪糕都配不到红莓酱吃。也明白店方要考虑成本的问题,可否减少乳酪雪糕的份量,多少少红莓酱,这样吃起来不会觉得寡,每一口都有滋有味。除了好吃,这也是一家可爱的小店,充满了小动物玩偶。还有热情好客的店主一家,乐意满足食客在口味上的需求。一早就答应她们会为小店撰写食评,讲到如今才兑现承诺,自己都有点不好意思了。希望她们会看到这篇食评,也期待更多有新意又美味的单品诞生! 继续阅读

二月下旬‧晴忽然想吃冻乳酪,见这里有间新开的,小杯只二十元,好像几便宜,来一杯吧。虽然不贵,份量倒不少。冻乳酪味道酸酸甜甜,口感幼滑,是不错的。可以加一种配料,要了芒果粒,几甜美。胜在抵食。 继续阅读
