Six of us arrived at 7:30 and decided to have some pre-dinner drinks at the balcony. You cannot deny that the view here is incredible. Good ambience and music, a great choice for happy hour.However, everything went downhill from there. 1) Centercut iceberg lettuce with blue cheese $120 - Very mediocre. A typical salad that anyone can make themselves at home. Not worth the price. 5/102) Prime Steak Tartare $190 - The best out of what we had tonight, but that's not saying much. Decent. 6/103) Broi

3) Broiled Sea Scallops $205 - Worst dish of the night. One of the worst things I have eaten in recent memory. The scallop was so overcooked that I can only imagine that they are using pre-cooked scallops to make the dish. Very rubbery in texture and fishy in taste. Even the bacon that wrapped it was limp and soggy. I think it is a disgrace for a restaurant of this calibre to serve this to their customers. 0/10
4) Roasted Spatchcock Chicken $325 - Quite overpriced for the size of the chicken. The skin wasn't crispy and the meat was dry. The only saving grace was the morel sauce that they served with the chicken. 5.5/10
5) Tomahawk Short Bone-in Rib Eye For 2-3 persons $1,100 - All steaks at Wooloomooloo are served with 4 sauces; Au Jus, Peppercorn, Mushroom and Red Wine Madeira. Personally, I am not a fan of adding sauce to my steak but these were well done. Cooked properly to medium rare. The steak was fairly juicy and tender. Good thickness to the cut. However, the meat itself wasn't flavorful enough. 6/10
Overall: I feel that you are paying more the decor, view and rent more than anything else. Service and food are very mediocre. I would suggest you should bring your date here for drinks at the balcony then go somewhere else for dinner.Score: 5.5/10
