作为本港历史最悠久及最大咖啡供应商的捷荣，近年积极地从幕后走到幕前，除赞助电视咖啡特辑，还开了两间“咖啡概念店“，全面展开咖啡战线，但单从这间中环店的水准，成绩有点强差人意。此店已开业了一段日子，今天中午路过，在”猫屎咖啡“推广的吸引下，首次光顾。先上来的 set lunch 是香煎猪排意粉，只是一般港式茶餐厅水准，意粉却分量太少，跟餐的咖啡亦跟在大家乐喝到的无异，收港币 68 大元，在中环区当然不能太苛求，但感觉是诚意欠奉。收港币 200 大元的”猫屎咖啡“才是主菜，可是“一出闸就脱脚”，店员量豆磨豆后用虹吸壶煮，不知是“漏气”还是酒精灯火力不足，水上了少许就停了，店员唯有从头再来。第二次成功了，但咖啡粉竟然在热水中泡了两三分钟才收火，真不知是否煮“猫屎咖啡”的独有方法。花了十五分钟，咖啡终于端上来了。闻一闻，香味欠奉，喝一口，不苦，酸味很重，有少许甜，味道很薄，不纯厚，似喝中药多于咖啡，而独有的麝香味，一丁点也找不到，真不希望闻名的“猫屎咖啡”就是这样子，十分令人失望。此店要改善的还有服务员的态度，不是差，只是木口木面，语气上也好像不想招呼我这个顾客似的。环境装修方面本来不错，坐bar枱可以看到中环街上的行人，可惜店内的油烟味太大，坐得我浑身不舒服。如果想用此店来 promote 公司image，真系唔做好过做。

My friend went to the restaurant for lunch.He paid an additional $15 for an Iced Mocha. When the coffee was served, it looked like a plain coffee, when asked, the staff answered there is no chocolate content in an Iced Mocha. If my friend wants chocolate in his drink, he should have ordered an Iced Chocolate Mocha.(1) So what is in an Iced Mocha??? (2) Whats the different between ordering an Iced Coffee ( obviously with no Chocolate in it) and an Iced Mocha ( which - according to the staff, also has no chocolate content in it)? However, the Iced Mocha cost $15 additional to have tasted the same as an Iced Coffee.On an additional note, the staff even asked quite rudely whether my friends would like to join the membership, in an attitide that as if she would not recommend it herself.How ridiculous.

经过无数次, 都未试过呢间, 今日同同事去试下坐低见个餐牌都唔平, breakfast set $35-55都有, lunch set就$50-80一问之下, 饮品只包普通coffee or tea, 要叫有名既咖啡(e.g. cappucino, mocha), 竟然话要加$20!!! 真系打左个突!!!我叫左个Omelet Set, 点2款材料mushroom + onion, 要咖啡同事叫左Parma Ham Sandwich, 加钱饮咖啡Omelet set有以下:- 牛油多士: 麦包够健康, 块包好脆, 牛油份量适中, 好香- 茄汁焗豆: 鉴于本人唔食, 难以评论- 薯仔沙律: 亦因为太饱喇, 所以无食到, 不过同事试左一啖话唔错- omelet: 好似蛋包饭咁大份, 入面d料好多, 不过可能系mushroom + onion, 所以比较淡味咖啡不错, 普通咖啡已经几浓同事既Parma Ham Sandwich话唔错, 一样用麦包, 果然好健康不过真系较贵, 但环境舒服, 有对街既bar台位, 单人黎都ok见佢都有卖咖啡豆, 好多种类, 几似连锁咖啡店

去完饮第二日没有饭带, 自己鼠左过来吃 lunch 试一下这间, 吃点西餐小吃.平时行过都坐满人, 今日晏一点过来人就走得七七八八.服务的全阿姐. 最便宜的汉堡拼双蛋配多士 ($50) 到牛扒配多士 ($82) 都有; 特色咖啡绝不便宜, 拍得住星仔, PC.稳稳阵阵, 就叫个精选鸡扒配多士多士微烘, 点点牛油, 最好就是用麦包; 鸡扒两块, 煎得香脆, 但块皮都几大块几厚.配菜有青瓜蕃茄茄汁豆, 还有件菠萝, 也可以算是均衡健康.杯奶茶茶味单薄不够复杂, 还是去茶档饮好.个个 lunch set 都成五六十蚊, 味道一般一般, 似乎没有再来的理由.
