开饭介绍
设有两层，全店以怀旧工业风为主，主打炸鸡，鸡件以美国南部独有的甜茶和白脱牛奶腌制，即叫即炸，每份炸鸡均伴上自家酿制的墨西哥辣椒及萝卜、比司吉面包和蜜糖。亦有美国南部当地传统小食扁豆、恶魔蛋等等，提供32款口味的桶装啤酒，大部分来自于美国、纽西兰、澳洲、日本、北欧及香港等地的「新世界啤酒」，新店更找来少爷啤酒一同酿制啤酒Smoky Baby V2，该酒只限于The Roundhouse店内发售。

外卖午餐好抵食，用OpenRice落单，仲可以去到即刻有得拎。我既牛肉burger size 都几大，面包松软，用牛油烘过几香。牛肉都唔算细块，不柴但也不算juicy,肉汁不多。肉汁较少的好处系唔会令面包湿晒。虽然我都系钟意比较多肉汁。哈。。。除咗牛肉入面仲有酸青瓜芝士生菜同埋烟肉。可能因为个包真系好大，相对d 配料就有d 少了。炸薯角放咗成个钟都仲系脆嘅，唔错。跟餐仲送一罐汽水。外卖加来讲真系性价比极高。我食完呢个餐成个下昼都冇肚饿过仲几饱，饱到夜晚食饭前都唔饿。

平时都唔特别钟意食炸鸡嘅我因为朋友所以选择嚟到湾仔嘅呢一间餐厅试试佢嘅美食炸鸡 呢度本身都系一个饮手工啤嘅地方，非常之多选择，完全唔使惊谂唔到饮咩。好过次次都系饮青岛或者蓝妹啦之后叫咗呢一个炸鸡翼，嚟到先知道原来佢系鸡全翼！唔单止啖啖肉非常之好食，而且个外皮揸到非常酥脆。佢嘅餐牌上边就写话佢起码炸三次呢一个有啲似家乡鸡嘅拼盘我反而就唔系太觉得好食，略为盐佢嘅调味唔够。但系啲薯角非常之好食，然后个波波系一个粟米味好香嘅好似面包质地嘅墨西哥特点整体来讲用呢一个价钱可以食到咁多只鸡翼而且都揸得咁好食我觉得完全系超水准呀
