We came in a group of six and took the big table. Initially only one of us ordered something as the others were still talking and looking at the menu. The manager or waiter came and told us that we can't use the big table (half the cafe is free) if only one person orders. After that, three of us left and we moved to a small table because we didn't want to occupy a large table for no reason. Eventually, the manager told us that each one of us needed to order a drink and so we did but I really don

We must admit the food menu has been set with detail thoughts. Though it’s overpriced, the food is great (if the kitchen is stable) and the chill environment is gorgeous! 放假又好天緊係要去遠啲行下，最好就係有少少太陽又有少少涼風，行下海邊望下沙灘夕陽堅係夠寫意，最好緊係揀間餐廳吹下海風慢慢坐。坐係入面望出去個景觀真係一流，見到個小公園仔之後再望出啲就係成個海景，放假個人輕鬆啲食下野飲下咖啡，坐成日睇埋日落都得。因為餐廳係沙灘旁邊，裝飾設計等等都同城市店有啲唔同，成個餐廳都好有海洋風，有唔少既滑片佈置，仲有枱椅都掃上左熱帶風情既色彩。一見到呢個意粉就覺得特別同必叫，《喇沙椰香鮮蝦意粉》($158)黎到熱辣辣出哂煙，喇沙湯汁勁多同好濃香，每條意粉都沾滿醬汁辣辣地加上椰香味好出，鮮蝦都彈牙連埋喇沙汁食更惹味。輕量級就可以試下《牛油果雞胸肉多士配炒蛋白》($128)，用上健康既牛油果配上唔會鞋身既雞胸肉，加上滑溜既炒蛋白，做輕食的確唔錯。源自伊斯坦堡咖啡《巧克力肉桂拿鐵》($58)，一飲就有滿滿既玉桂香味，加上巧克力既味道又幾夾，仲會配上一粒甜甜又煙韌既土耳其糖。店名：The Coffee Academics地址：淺水灣海灘道26-30號The Pulse 1樓108號舖餐牌:

差不多每年一月一日都會來到淺水灣，當然每一次都不會吃同一間餐廳！但我記得每次食都好像餐牌都會有改變。今次就點了學研特色早餐和楓糖漿鬆軟班戟配新鮮藍莓。學研特色早餐，早餐中最貴的當然就是最多款食物的。有水烹蛋加黑松露，我想黑松露不是立即切片因爲不是太有黑松露味。手撕五花肉配豆，一點也品嚐不到是五花肉，口感像瘦肉多。還有煎芝士、烤蘑菇、烤番茄、煙肉和豬肉腸。楓糖漿鬆軟班戟配新鮮藍莓有三片班戟，早餐十分足夠，藍莓漿就覺得不是太足夠。室內環境很舒服，但外面就是沙灘的公眾洗手間和公園。

The food here was overpriced and gave us far below our expectations as the avocado salad came with a little blob of guacamole on top. The portions are not too generous either. The presentation is nice and the ambience is comfortable and have spacious with room for lots of people. 這間餐廳都算是連鎖店，很多地點都有。 repulse bay 勝在風景怡人，氣氛環境都好唔同。黑松露金薯煙肉薄餅 $168成個pizza 都好油不過夠薄夠脆！黑松露亦都意想不到咁多，煙肉似潤腸味，有d 奇怪！金薯即係大粒薯仔。pizza 大約8 inch, 幾細個下！蛋黃醬小龍蝦bamboo 炭漢堡$188 幾貴下，薯圈散收收，唔係整個好似將賣唔晒湊埋一碟上碟咁～個burger 幾好味，而小龍蝦份量多到太誇張！大約有三十多隻小龍蝦！連個burger 都cover 唔晒，跌晒落碟！整體來說，不過不失～

Fabulous interior. Perfect for a weekend hangout or after school study session. Coffee is delicious, and latte art is perfected. Plenty of photo spots to take a few shots for instagram. Location is extremely relaxing, and theme of café matches the beach.

好耐冇試過準時收工慢慢享受晚餐今天準時收工突然想到去淺水灣選擇了這間真的很不錯！薄餅係超薄餅底，一咬落去真係好有驚喜好香，好juicy，雖然簡單但好好味薯條熱辣辣，有四款酱，正呀*但真係好熱氣，食完要飲清熱野蘑菇意粉，同平時啲菇唔同呢個大大粒，有菇味，好滿意總結：值得再來，閒日收工時間冇咩人，又有人放下狗跑下步，食完仲可以行下沙灘將一日既疲勞消除。但要留意分量唔算多😂😂😂

Nice cafe near along the beach🌊🍹, luckily it's not crowded today and very relaxing in the restaurant. The service is ok and to the point. I ordered Salmon Salad, Sea food Paella, food is ok but bit small portion. Highlight is the Ice drip Coffee with bean from Blue Mountain Wallenford Estate and Panama Baruffee Estate. I like how they served it with wine glasses, very refreshing to enjoy it in a sunny afternoon.

假日之遊，遊到淺水灣，吹了一陣海風，餓意又跑出來。這個時候，特別想吃一些簡單的西式食物，喝杯咖啡，勁嘆一下！肉腸蘋果薄餅是一個薄批，餅底是出奇的脆，似是咬著一塊較厚的餅乾。配料相當之多，莎樂美腸、蘋果片及芝麻菜等等鋪滿面上，而且原來肉腸加蘋果焗出來是這麼的和諧，不會膩滯，我們一人吃掉半個都視作等閒！炸魚墨西哥薄餅裡是一大件的炸魚，沒有雪味，香口非凡，配以芒果茸做成的醬，清新可口，充滿夏日的氣息！扭曲薯條配有三種醬汁，老實說，扭扭薯條雖則好食，但無甚新意，重點落在蘸點的醬汁好味與否。這裡配有蜜糖芥末醬、燒烤醬和他他醬：當中芥末醬和燒烤醬都是甜甜的，但都各帶著自己的香味；而他他醬是酸咪咪的，乃小人的至愛。接下來當然以一杯齋啡來完成這精彩的一餐！

有天朋友興起提議去淺水灣放狗玩下水曬下太陽，所以就即興嚟咗啦！如果唔係有車，我地啲九龍人真係好少會特登入嚟阿，好偏僻嘛玩到咁上下就搵個地方tea 一 tea。淺水灣附近嘅食肆好多都係高級餐廳，所以左睇又睇就搵左間價錢 friendly 一點的 The Coffee Academics 食吶。話說以前去過銅鑼灣食呢一間餐廳，印象很差，所以今次再試嘅時候都有少少擔心。我地叫咗兩個大路嘢，就係一個肉腸pizza同埋薯圈，味道又ok wor，無中伏！重試左佢Drink Menu嘅特飲，一樣好味～ 為品牌加翻啲分數

I had an  unpleasant experience at the restaurant. A waiter had forgotten to place my order and I sat there waiting for a long time, but still nothing came.  I asked the waiter for follow up my order, since it was her who forgot to place order for me,  but she refused. She argued that she did place the order for me (which she didn't. It was her colleague who later helped her place my order when it was found out she had forgotten). She even argued I ONLY waited for 30 minutes for the soup, which

Came here for some snacks and flat white on Saturday afternoon. Pizza is crispy and great. Coffee quality is good. My first time for this chain shop and think it's worth a visit in future. A bit hot for seats near entrance. Fries are nice but portion is a bit small for this price.

個日早上同狗狗係淺水灣海灘散步完，諗住食個早餐休息下，仲擔心唔知D餐廳唔會比狗仔入，原來呢個新商場係可以比狗仔去，所以我地去咗樓下沙灘對開個層搵餐廳。依到多咗好多特色餐廳，全部都佈置得好休閒同好外國，理所當然都好多外國人！挑選咗呢間少人D嘅coffee academic ,向外坐，有一少部份望到沙灘，安排咗狗仔坐係地下，餐廳唔太大，但唔多人，都算舒服。叫咗個all day breakfast 同一杯咖啡，味道都ok,休閒一個早上！
