這是我第二次光顧。和上次一樣叫了個Lunch set ($78)，包一碗湯及一盒沙律。上次叫了推介的蕃茄湯，今次便選了另一推介: 南瓜湯。另可選麪包粒或芝士碎伴湯。南瓜湯很濃，南瓜味很濃厚，證明材料很充足！另外湯裹加入了香料，令這湯增添了東南亞的風味，與普通的西式南瓜湯與別不同，頗特別！至於沙律方面，這裏提供的五、六款沙律當中，有一半都是粉麫類的，所以不用擔心不飽肚。這次提供的沙律款式與上次的有少許差別，有 antichoke；pasta & blue cheese salad；soba noodle salad; curry chicken & rice salad; chickpea salad；tuna salad.  我選了前三款。- Antichoke salad 加入了vinegar，feta cheese及生菜, 清新十足，味道較酸較開胃。- Pasta & blue cheese salad 中，混合了青醬。blue cheese 味道濃，相反扭紋意粉沒有味道，由於這意粉較厚身，所以這salad味道偏淡。- soba noodle 用了蕎麥麫及綠茶蕎麥麫，另加了紅蘿蔔絲

從前的灣仔，與現在的灣仔，都是一個美食的集中地，雖然稱不上是天堂，但我可以說，風儉由人，再因為灣仔舊區的重建，新的豪宅紛紛地落成，老外及城中的 Yuppie，都開始以灣仔作為新住處，就是因為這一個原因，慢慢把灣仔的所有街頭都西化了，變成了中西文化交會的地方。是日踏足廈門街，街道的外觀變化其實不大，但兩旁的店子就起了不少的變化。一邊的街，己圍起板重建中，另一邊的街，就新舖舊舖，中式、西式地交錯，再者，這以前屬於賣囍貼的其中一條街，已漸漸地被各國的飲食商店攻入，而是日我要介紹的，就是來自《比利時》的《Tallore》。比利時，大家會聯想起朱古力，也會聯想起青口，如果曾在歐洲留過學的你，應該會認識這一位代表比利時的漫畫人物《Tin Tin》，中文譯《丁丁》，雖然，具體《Tin Tin》講乜我就真的沒有去研究，但一看到這一個經常冒險的年青人，就一定會想起比利時，而《Tallore》就擺設了不少他的珍品，這一本《丁丁在舊上海》，可算是一本珍貴的古董。店子，只是一間細小的外賣店，採用了歐洲人喜歡的簡約設計，牆上掛了很多碟子，也感覺到他們的一個特別藝術感。小食店，基本上是一家主力提供外賣的店，方便打

一直都想試試，位於灣仔廈門街的神虎，無奈地，平日的時間已經被編排得密密麻麻，實在難以抽空前往。這晚與朋友到酒吧喝酒之前，路過此地，姑且碰碰運氣。雖然拉麵店營業至晚上，但是湯底已經賣光，唯有望門輕嘆。有時候，緣份就是如此微妙，與拉麵擦身而過，回頭再看，卻給我發現一間，與神虎相隔幾個舖位的小店，Tallore。門外的比利時國旗，還有Tin Tin的畫像，不用花時間去估，一定是比利時人開設的小店。除非，你不知道丁丁是誰。最吸引我的，就是此店是專賣西式湯品。多年前在倫敦旅行，見到那些湯品專門店，一定會買一碗，邊行邊喝，因為我是愛西湯如命的人。我經常地想：（香港沒有這類食店，如果在香港開一間，有無得做？）後來金鐘Great裡面，有一間專賣西湯的櫃檯，不過只是短期性，或者，華人比較喜愛喝中式湯水吧。一共有數款西湯選擇，標榜不含味精，忌廉，開宗明義走健康路線，相信很多人早以受夠，肥膩得要命的忌廉湯。所以，吃得清淡的人，對含有忌廉成份的西湯，一直存在忌諱。你可以單點湯，亦可以配店內其他小吃，如三文治，沙律等等。沒有忌廉，可以用甚麼來代替？就是藍芝士，這款西蘭花藍芝士湯，帶著西蘭花的甜，與藍芝士的濃凋質
