Nice lunch spot overlooking the mid-level escalator and Tai Kwun. Went for a weekday lunch without a wait $128. 🦐 Pumpkin shrimp This was a substitute starter as one of their starters was not available. The shrimp was lightly fried and tossed in a salted egg yolk sauce. Skin was crispy to the extent you can easily it skin on. The pumpkin was sweet and soft to soak up the sauce. 🍜 Khao soiTBH it's hard to find a good khao soi in HK as it's not commonly found. It was good that thei spice level could be adjusted to your taste. Big chunks of chicken thigh meat in a rich coconut curry sauce. I love the crunchy bits on top to add a nice texture to the dish. Don't let the photo fool you, the portion may look average but is very filling. 🥭 Mango sticky riceMangos are sweet and the glutinous rice is cooked well and slightly warm dressed in a light coconut sauce. 🤩I feel this is a hidden gem in Central. The Thai restaurant I recently visited offered an exceptional culinary experience, highlighted by their Lettuce Wrap, Pork Neck, and Green Curry Chicken Rice. 因为疫情冇得去泰北食Khao Soi, 见到呢度有特别来捧场,结果失望而回 。真系未见过 (汁捞)出来的Khao Soi 而不是汤面, 虽然张相系中途先影,但系你都应该睇到有几 <干争争>。 大家如果唔知 一碗Khao soi 系点样自己google睇下啦 。 碗面啲 咖哩汁 虽然有泰北的味道, 但 面底 用咗港式粉面舖 𠮶只粗面, 完全系尴硬嚟, 真系唔知佢想点 。 叫佢做捞面系因为啲汤只有八分一个碗咁多, 叫佢加多少少汤, 佢都唔畀, 唯有^夹硬哽晒落肚^^^ 。唯一可以 赞就系地方算干净而且装修唔错, 但价钱同对面大馆啲餐厅差不多, 咁我点解要嚟呢度一座旧楼 嘅2楼, 仲要经过 一间成人玩具店 门口先上到去, 服务差,食物又普通的餐厅呢, 一句讲晒冇下次。 继续阅读

正宗泰菜新开张Tai Thai Restaurant 今次来到了新开张三个月的泰国餐厅吃正宗泰菜🫶🏻聊天之下由两位菲律宾 Co-founder 但厨房所有员工都是泰国人来主理做菜😍可想而知真的很道地!四个女生点了三个主食🥘因为餐厅都是英文菜单 所以我就强行翻译啦🤣🍤Pad Thai (Shirmp) $150泰式大虾金边粉 虾仁非常爽口鲜甜 撘配咸度刚好的炒粉 芽菜韮菜为它增加了口感 加上用蛋跟面一齐炒 火气十足!是我在香港吃过最正宗的Pad Thai🤣🐔Thai Style Yellow Curry serve with jasmine rice (Chicken) $160泰式黄咖喱鸡配泰国香米🤞🏻它是配水一点的咖喱 里面有香菇 马铃薯块 值得一提的是鸡肉超级软 一切开是一丝一丝的 应该老人家小朋友都可以吃得到🥹咖喱椰汁味偏重 喜欢椰汁味的朋友会很喜欢😘🫑Pad Kapoa Moo&Fried Rice $140 泰式罗勒炒猪肉碎配泰国香米🌿是一道罗勒味偏重的料理 但平衡得非常好!有时最怕罗勒的味道抢了整道菜 但是这个里面被煮到非常之软身 😌猪肉碎配上爽脆的豆角 酱油香味令整件事更惹味👅Fresh Coconut Juice with husk $55椰青🥥很甜新鲜椰子超软超好吃🤣星期日去下午都不是很多人 环境舒服 装潢亦带点复古 值得推介让更多人去品尝❤️ 继续阅读
