第一次系SUBWAY吃午餐，入到餐厅毫无头绪该如何点餐，店员也没有太多协助，只好自己先观察其他客人⋯⋯流程其实如下：第一步系选择面包及面包的尺寸，面包有四种口味供选择：义式白面包、全麦面包、家乡面包、巴马干酪面包和蜂蜜燕麦面包。第二步系选择你的主要材料，例如有鸡柳、牛肉、火腿、鸡蛋沙律等。之后店员就会把你刚点的材料加入面包内再放入焗炉烤热。第三步，可以选择蔬菜配料，例如：生菜、蕃茄、洋葱、酸黄瓜、橄榄等。最后，更可以选择酱料，酱料有芥末酱、红酒醋、橄榄油、千岛酱等。然后到付款处，店员会介绍套餐，套餐包括我选好的面包、二块共奇饼/薯片一包和饮料。

The food at subway is always good but most shops are takeaway only however you will find some dine in ones at CityU etc.There were two eat in ones at Mody Road and Jaffe Road but they have closed down.The new location in Central is perfect but smaller than the previous two although the one at HKEXPO offers dine in.Although it is a new location in CENTRAL, subway was at this address before in 2005. which then got replaced by i-Scream, G & T Cocktail Parlour and now back to SUBWAY!I have been meaning to try the new French chicken with bacon so finally went over Easter when it was quieter but service was crap.For drinks, you can either have bottomless soda or drinks from the cabinet.I saw HOT TEA on the menu for HKD16 but strangely it wasn't available when there is a hot beverage dispenser at the back, surely isn't tea just hot water in a cup with a tea bag?Anyway resorted to the bottled tea from the fridge so I asked if they had one that is not refrigerated and she couldn't be bothered to look and said no.My friend ordered and she got impatient as he was asking about the sauces so it really shows how much she wanted to work that day.Both subs were as good as expected.I really liked the new French style bacon chicken which tasted a bit like Caesar and ranch mixed together.As the chicken is already in sauce, I chose the sauces with thought so that it would go with the creamy chicken base.To summarize I will still again even the service was crap on this visit.

I love Subway. I grew up on Subway. It was a staple in my University life. But there is no Subway that is near me and the ones I have gone to were always so stingy on everything. It was sad.However, while in Central, I noticed there was a new Subway! This one had seating and was no take away only like the other shops. I ordered a 6 inch long roast beef ($45). You get choice of bread. I chose honey oat, always my favorite. You also get to choose what toppings you want. I usually want everything and they gave EVERYTHING. I chose two sauces: honey mustard and BBQ. They generously squeezed it on. Delicious!This shop also offered a soda fountain. For $12, you can have all you can drink soft drink. Pretty good! Just like the University days. You drink a few cups and then on your way out, you fill it up again to take away with you! I love they have this at this shop! Will be back if in the area and I have a craving for Subway.
