🌿 行入尖沙咀金巴利道條靜靜地小巷，我同老公無意中撞到間超有feel嘅韓國餐廳——SSAL BORI SSAL。木質裝修配上柔柔燈光，一入去就好似離開咗市區，去到首爾一角咁。 🍽 佢哋主打韓國家常菜，選擇多，炭烤五花腩、煙韌豬腳樣樣都好吸引。海鮮煎餅外脆內軟，啖啖都食得出真材實料；嗰啲細細碟醃菜又多款又講究，真係夠晒地道。 👫氣氛舒服得嚟又夠私密，好適合拍拖去放鬆吓。我哋坐低冇幾耐就開始放慢節奏，慢慢食慢慢傾，好似用味蕾遊韓國咁。 呢度唔只係一間餐廳，仲係一個可以暫時放低煩囂、享受一下寧靜同溫暖嘅小角落。

好友約我食正宗韓國菜，餐廳掛滿韓國食物的海報，木系裝潢仿如置身韓國當中。店員先送來前菜三款：魚糕、韓國泡菜、豆芽菜，全部好食。我們點左蛋卷$133：厚身蛋卷煎得金黄，包住頗多流心芝士，蛋很嫩滑，芝士可拉長絲，口感香滑可口。韓式豬手$310:超大原隻豬手，膠質豐富很黏口，豬皮炆得軟腍，肉質鬆化又嫩，配生菜&娃娃菜可解膩加辣醬&蝦醬，口感清新又豐富。海鮮拉麵$105: 有青口和蜆各兩隻，味道唔錯，拉麵爽口。

每次想食韓國菜第一時間必然會想起韓國燒烤，今日朋友帶我去食一間地道嘅韓國菜，入到去見到好多韓國客人用餐，心想應該都吾會差啦😆▪️純豆腐海鮮湯泡菜湯底，內有花蛤，青口，魷魚，豆腐，金菇等等，海鮮超新鮮，青口肥大鮮甜，湯底味道都恰到好處。▪️韓式石頭鍋 (豬肉/牛肉/雞肉）選擇左牛肉石頭鍋，牛肉有經過醃製特別美味，吃到最底嘅飯焦更加精彩，香脆可口。▪️韮菜薄餅滿滿韮菜，煎得香口吾油膩。全部菜式都好滿意，每個菜式都有佢吾同嘅味道，吾系千篇一律嘅韓式泡菜味道，另我對韓國菜有改觀。
