Went to this cafe specialising in chocolate in Causeway Bay with my friend. .We both ordered Ramie Cioco, a hot chocolate crafted from 68% cacao sourced from African, Caribbean and South American cocoa beans. The drink boasted a thick and opulent texture, devoid of bitterness, offering a delightful fruity chocolate essence. With its dense and velvetly profile, it delivered an exceptionally rich chocolate flavour. We then ordered Crème Bavarios and Tartufo Tart to share. For Crème Bavarios, it was an Italian creamy custard dessert paired with blackcurrant sauce, making the sweetness of the dessert a bit overwhelming. I am a bit curious how it would taste if paired with the original caramelised Japanese sweet potato. For Tartufo Tart, it was a frozen truffle tart, featuring African chocolate coated with blackberry and pistachio cream. The sweetness of the chocolate and the tartness of the blackberry harmonized well. The portion was a bit small though..The cafe is relatively small and has limited seatings. Customers may need to wait for seating between 2-4PM. The cafe only accepts cash, and their prices were on the higher side.

Ramie价钱: $60/ $65好味程度: 4/5服务🍴: 3.7/5环境🗾: 4/5性价比🥢: 3.3/5回头率😚: 3.7/5-除咗上环嘅goose chocolate主打精品朱古力,今次嚟到铜锣湾嘅呢间。以铜锣湾咁旺嚟讲,位置对住告士打道,估唔到几宁静,假日都唔需要等太耐位置。水泥长会长唔同形状嘅家私,个人觉得算系少有独特嘅氛围。原来佢哋系由西贡hushhush老板创立的。系openrice见到好多人话服务唔好,不过当日我就好彩冇感受到!-✅✅Panna cotta. 成个主要都系奶冻!用意大利奶做,奶味都几香浓。奶冻质地唔会落得太多鱼胶粉好似啫喱咁,仍然保持到滑嫩少少慕斯的感觉😬 最钟意系佢哋面层嘅香蕉蓉,加咗咖啡蜜糖去整,食落唔会过份甜,但好似焦糖香蕉咁,令成个单调嘅奶冻多咗层次同埋香甜嘅味道😆-✅Ramie cioco。65%浓度的朱古力香浓而容易入口,味道醇厚,感觉到可可豆嘅油脂☺️拣咗冻饮免头会有少少cream同可可粉,成杯都好balance。-比起杯朱古力,奶冻更有惊喜,因为系佢哋自己嘅配搭,特别啲😋-#piggyfoodiein铜锣湾

因为店员态度会非常恶劣‼️一入店内同店员讲五位 佢嘅回覆系:下?五位?😅明白店内空间有限 所以我哋提岀分开坐都冇问题佢提醒因为设计原因 店内嘅櫈系唔可以移动我哋都表示明白 因为目的系想一试精品朱古力(其间仲见到隔离二人枱客人移动櫈摆袋 又冇问题⁉️)成个入座同购买过程 店舖态度都好差短短10分钟内问左我朋友到未 问左3次。。。讲返啲饮品先 Ramie Cioco 甜度刚好非常热嘅温度 适合冬天饮 仲叫左每枱必点嘅 Bicerin 配左朱古力爆炸糖 增加左小小层次感不过气氛就一般 感觉好似系班房咁 成个体验感觉都好差 特别系女(店员?)嘅态度 令我哋觉得不被尊重Cafe原意应该系放松、品尝咖啡的地方就算再好嘅饮品 觉得自己不被欢迎 都冇用了。只好安慰自己 可能佢哋曾经遇过人数较多又态度唔好嘅客人 令佢哋对人数多嘅客人印象唔好?为左唔想阻住佢宝贵嘅位 快手快脚半个钟内饮完走左

还没湿热起来的2月,喝杯暖乎乎的朱古力真是很幸福了。·主打咖啡+热朱古力的人气新店,概念挺新颖的,还有几款咖啡结合朱古力的特调以及甜品,目前只收现金,周末下午不想排队那就趁早去吧。·店内座位不多,但布置绝对用了心,每张枱每张凳都是不同的样式,美拉德色令空间慵懒又温暖。·【BICERIN】Brother Milk + Drinking Chocolate + Espresso·丝绒般的奶泡像一个绵稠的吻落在唇上,完全没有刻板印象中朱古力的腻感。跟浓缩的组合十分和谐,回甘时互相带出酸度。顶部撒上一勺朱古力跳跳糖,层次奇妙又丰富。·【79% PAPUA NEW GUINEA】Smoky/Bacon/Blackberry/Spices·招牌drinking chocolate是磨碎的朱古力同牛奶融合而成,用小奶锅煮好倒进杯中的瞬间特别治愈,丝滑浓稠的口感像抿了一口液体蛋糕。

You know when a place is so bad you just have to write a review? Well this is one of those places. Never been asked to leave a coffee shop before, and this is the first. Barista said there were several orders in front of me and that I would have to wait, which I didn't mind. Was told not to order and to leave after asking how long the wait would be for a drink.Don't take my word for it, check their posts and social media - there are a ton of complaints about this place. My take? Stay away - unless you like a long walk to an inconvenient watering hole just to experience horrendous service and get turned away.
