Ralph’s coffee// Have been longing to try this megamellow hot chocolate! The hot chocolate was very rich and creamy, the marshmallow was a bit too big for me though, it was too sweet with the hot chocolate - it would have gone a lot nicer with a cup of long black/latte!

一直都想试下呢间嘅咖啡店咁啱黎到中环就一定😎讲真最吸引我嘅唔系咖啡而是佢地d咖啡杯真系好靓，各种咖啡器具，真系好吸晴🤪环境系一个开放式既铺🤓色调主要系白色同绿色嘅搭配同佢地个logo真系好衬呢个设计都好用心，值得欣赏🤪有摆佐几张枱方便俾人影相打卡🤣🤣🤣除佐卖咖啡仲有佢地自家做嘅蛋糕，曲奇睇落去真系好吸引，不过我果日太饱了净叫佐杯flatwhite（HKD45)咖啡好香醇加上丝滑嘅鲜奶口感，令到咖啡嘅平衡度好好，我几钟意，下次可以试下佢地Dcake 同曲奇🤓

We saw an elegant coffee truck pop up in Landmark and decided we could give them a shot. As we walked up and saw the Ralph’s sign, I had a feeling this was going to be a high risk endeavor, as I wanted some proper coffee. I vaguely know that Ralph’s had sit-in café openings in Japan and most recently on the other side of the island, but could a fashion brand really pull out coffee shots that are worth our while? I tried to find out about their beans, which happened to be a blend, with their most precise claim being "beans from Asia Pacific, Central and South America and Africa”—which in all honesty tells me nearly nothing about their coffee. Ask the baristas whether they can introduce their coffee beans, they’ll be unable to satisfy you with even a simple answer, except that “Ralph’s is famous for its mocha”. But I don’t want a mocha. Coffees all come in the same size and pricing-wise they all looked OK (mostly in the $40s). We had an Americano and a latte. My honest view? The coffee was really not very good. It was a little sour and astringent, and didn’t have a pleasant mouth-feel and aroma. The latte was better as you'd taste the coffee a little less there. I feel bad for being so harsh, but I wouldn’t return.
