We started off with a baked oyster with spinach and cheese, there was a lot of spinach and flavoring which bought out the freshness of the oyster. We then had my favorite dish of the evening with was the butter and wine stewed diamond clams, was quite impressed by the quantity and size of the clams. The sauce was very flavorful. We ended the evening with the crab linguini which was quite a new and unique dressing.
