由食友的食評而好奇西環的pizza 店到底葫蘆裡賣什麼藥，可以得到食友間的真心推介。最近食友推薦到新開的大坑分店試食，不用走太遠又可以吃到，有時間當然要出席。民聲的斜對面就是新開的 Piccolo，如果少來大坑也不用怕，在天后港鐵站出到銅鑼灣道一直入，找到有人排隊的達磨，旁邊的就是是次的試食地。店子是窄長身，內裡的坐位不多，而樓底比較高。店主是新加坡人，他與我們分享他在港開店的經歷，他指出香港可用的肉的種類比新加坡要多，但香港食肆在環境中的限制是不少，另外有食友也問了他鐘情那一家新加坡的海南雞飯呢。老闆說了他開此店的概念是希望有一個地方讓大家飲酒吃pizza和小食，輕鬆過一晚，而大坑就是沒有同類的食肆，我想他選此地就是沒太多同類的對手吧。來到最重要當然是吃，第一碟的雞翼，外層的味道不是很突出，如果說是spicy，好像不夠辣呢。加分位就是肉質還算軟滑，也不會油膩，味道輕一點我也覺得可以接受的。魷魚圈的味道雖是沒太多，勝在沒有厚厚的炸粉。雖然我不喜歡有如橡膠的，但這個未免過份軟身了，有點點咬口會好一些。只有大坑分店才買的六吋pizza，大約是為了中午時段的外賣。是次試了三款，有辣肉腸的，也

I read about this pizzeria on a magazine, and knew that they have limited seating area. I was so glad to find a bar table at the corner, it was tucked away from the people traffic, so it was quite nice. We ordered a panchetta pizza, chicken wings and 2 drinks. Nice neighborhood pizzeria - ideal for a casual meal. 經過了上次的試食後，令我對這間薄飯店念念不忘，希望可以再找一日來幫襯。誰不知就在這日，與一眾剛吃了拉麵的食友忽發奇想，不如以一個薄餅來填滿貪吃的慾望，就這樣到來了。雖然這不是總店，但也是該集團新增的分店，兩者之最大分別在於這店沒有供應意粉，缺少了美味的意粉實在有點失望，可是薄餅足以彌補這不足。這店比堅尼地城的店子少，只有一排幾張卡位及幾枱高枱，座位安排比較擠迫，但裝潢卻與總店一樣，都有一盞盞鐵製吊扇，高高的樓底更放滿了紅酒瓶，另外亦不難發現門框上貼滿了舊唱碟封套，很特別。這次只是應付貪吃的慾望，所以只點了炸雞翼及薄餅。首先到來的是雞翼，配以蛋黃醬同上。我十分喜歡這兒的炸雞翼，生炸而成，有點兒時快餐店的滋味，配以那味道挺好的蛋黃醬，肉質鮮嫩而表皮酥脆，一件真的有點不夠喉。主角到來了，薄餅名叫Panchetta，一看名字就知道是用上了意大利咸煙肉了。整個薄餅皆舖滿了咸煙肉，所以咸鮮味濃郁，那股咸味更是薄餅之滋味所在。除了煙肉外，還有一顆半熟的雞蛋，蛋黃比一般更橙紅，很美麗，原因是這顆蛋並不是本地蛋，我們特地點了選用意大利蛋，所以蛋味會較濃郁，而亦隱隱約約地帶了點甜味，與那霸味的咸味平衡一下
