There has been so many trends in Hong Kong and whatever has trended has been put in drinks, bakery etc.The Butterfly pea  flower has now been found in bread!!Tried the butterfly pea blueberry cheese bread from Paper Stone Bakery.The texture of this bread is very chewy and crammed with lots of blueberries and cheese on the first slice.Overall, I was very pleased with the bread because it had a good texture and it wasn't sweetened.The only sweetness came from the blueberries so it wasn't overly sweet. 继续阅读

今天来到太古城,想找快快趣Tea一Tea。一于买个包,应该是最方便吧! 来到美心集团的面包店,有很多款包包。松软,硬身,细看小牌,详列面粉种类,是否用酵母,石窑烘焙,都一一列出。  个人喜欢:酵母发酵的包包!马上缩细选择范围。   蜂蜜橘子麦法包    视觉:这款圆形面包十分吸引。包包表面有反光的蜜糖,还有裂缝间露出的橘子皮,即系橙皮。因为很少遇上这种配搭,所以想试一试。手感:一件包包很坠手,用料十足,一只橘子麦法包,就等于二只美X西饼的轻飘飘空气包。21个大洋,应该物有所值。付款后,马上到附近公园慢慢享用。嗅觉: 感到微微的橙皮香气及浓浓的面包味。口感及味道:可能因为这是法国面粉,加上自家培养酸种~酵母,所发酵的面包,筋度十足,口感较烟韧。而包包本身带微酸,但表面有粒粒糖霜和蜂蜜,增加甜度。橘子皮/橙皮的气味,为包包增加了另类风味。至少,这是使用了真橙皮,而非橙色食用色素。 继续阅读

减肥过程中,最难忍就系唔可以放肆咁食嘢,尤其系夜晚果餐,除非断六亲,否则一定失败🤔 所以我唯有拣中午果餐嚟节食👀 有时会饮杯奶、又或者简简单单食个包🍞 同事话 「Paper Stone」啲面包材料比较健康,今日一于去试吓😋我拣咗个「肉桂干果法包」,口感比一般面包店嘅出品充实,唔系好似食咗阵空气落肚咁。而且价钱唔算贵💸习惯咗几日,已经唔似得最初咁易肚饿 好希望今日嘅作战能够坚持到底...成功在望! 继续阅读

太古呢间paper stone 比其他分店细, 选择无咁多, 不过一样满足到我一眼就畀呢一大片金黄色嘅芝士深深吸引住唔知有心定无意呢, 睇落只只烧饼烘㶶嘅程度都唔一样。健康为上, 我都系夹个无咁㶶啦虽然唔系新鲜出炉, 但散发出嘅浓郁芝士香气一啲都唔弱㗎。薄薄嘅金黄芝士皮底下系质感柔软而富弹性嘅软包。一口咬落去, 芝士嘅酥脆度, 并无想像中会霎一声裂开嘅效果, 芝士皮中间软身, 边位微脆香口, 整体味道同平时食开嘅芝士包其实分别不大, 只系芝士比正常多N倍, 如果你系芝士爱好者, 食完一定大满足。不过同时油份都唔少㗎, 间中食下都无防嘅。提提您: 食之前用煎pan煎返热佢, 味道就更佳啦 继续阅读
