很久之前來過，在天然的日光之下，看著大海吃tiramisu，無比寫意。這天陽光普照，特別想在見到室外的地方。Paninio Giusto的開放式用餐位置，無與倫比的樓底加落地玻璃，加上無敵海景，正合心意。Cappuccino見到高得要流出來的泡泡，心花怒放。美得不想喝，同時想把泡泡一口吃光。泡泡層很層，把口填得滿滿的，幸福暖流傳遍全身。奶味香濃，淡淡的咖啡香，正是想要的效果。不消一會便上菜。最喜歡吃西餐，所有人的食物一起上枱，要等一齊等，要吃一齊吃。Toast Classico烘上一格格的多士，夾著只有火腿和芝士，卻是無比滋味。芝士多而不過份，看似多得流出來，其實份量適中，沒有韓國菜般瘋狂，適可而止。火腿不太鹹，剛好足以調味。兩款芝士融在一起，有edamer的鹹，加巴馬臣的口感。薄薄的多士，烘至少少硬，多多脆。新出的vegetarian panini。總覺得Panini就是要被壓至一條條坑紋，夾著熱得融掉的芝士，這個鬆軟、漂亮的Panini完全改變了我的定型，而且它沒有芝士。麵包上塗了一層橄㰖醬，偏鹹，但中間夾著大量的瓜作中和。Zucchini 上撒了oregano，以香草調味。再加少

因為工作關係，過了正常午飯時間。與同事在ifc找食。在P3這層找到這間主打意式三文治的餐廳。先落單付錢，然後揾位把號碼牌放下，就有店員送上食物。我點了Tartufo Panini，以Parma ham為主，加上厚厚的芝士、火箭菜和蕃茄，烤熱了的麵包，脆脆的，很好味！同事點了Salmone Panini，滿滿的三文魚，也十分好味。Flat White 咖啡的水準也很高。而我點了的凍Mocha很大杯。雖然這是一間三文治店，但竟然有甜品供應，愛吃甜品的我當然不用錯過，點了Tiramisu。$78一件，長方形，幾大件，兩個人share都很夠，而且芝士味濃，不會只得cream，超好味！

今日放左工，無乜野做，跟左兩個女同事去中環IFC 睇Chanel Exhibition. 但原來walkin 要排成兩粒鐘 , 立即轉plan, 去左食嘢先。最後，我地行左去食包。當然唔係食麥包，係食意大利包。果位意大利店員好nice 同親切。我地每人叫左唔同嘅包。Order 豬雞牛各一，哈哈。我覺得牛肉 Bresola 最好味。雞肉Chicken Madras 有咖哩味和脆黑米。Praga 豬肉d 豬味比交重， 入面仲有鹹魚和Mustard.  D Mustard 苦苦哋都唔錯。食厭左麥包, 原來仲有其他包嘅選擇!

Wanted to get a light meal so checked out this sandwich place. Ordered the Michelin star turkey panini (I think it's called madras) surprisingly good and also the roast beef sandwich ( too raw to my liking). But we ordered the minestrone soup along with the sandwiches and it was yuck. Tasted sour and fowl. Asked the waiter and they said that's how their minestrone soup is. If I were to go back i would just order the paninis and tea. Nothing else.

週末Brunch什麼最重要？不是食物，不是咖啡味道，是風景。有陽光灑在食物上，有熙攘的街景陪襯，才有心情談天說地。不知道哪裡去吃brunch？這絕對是選擇之一。

喺IFC呢啲高級地方，走去citysuper行下，見買個麵包都廿蚊，咁我情願搵個地方坐低食下野😌一個panini $78起，汽水$35，似乎飲酒仲抵😅諗住食turkey，排隊見佢掛咁多ham喺度又心思思轉軚👉🏻👈🏻最後嗌左savoy，望落係幾吸引嘅。Ham又真係幾多，水牛芝士同蕃茄不嬲都係我幾鍾意嘅組合，個包烘得好脆，係幾好食，但就係乾左啲，因為呢款係冇汁嘅。橙汁唔似係濃縮還原，似鮮榨，希望唔係我一廂情願啦😂就咁就$118，其實如果佢用隻大少少嘅碟，側邊伴返少少沙律菜，俾埋餐具我，我覺得收$150都值。但上碟真係subway咁上下... 值唔值真係見人見智😌

在ifc走累了，便行到家人往常光顧的panino店。這家店在米蘭開有幾家分店，食物質素一般。在香港則開在在金融人士環繞的中環ifc，食材也似好了很多。門口掛的火腿頗能吸引眼球。才吃過午餐不久，便只點了2杯咖啡。咖啡用的是常見的illy，配有illy專門的黑巧一塊。平均40港幣/杯=5歐元。價格是當地的double，杯子卻要小上1/3。在寸土寸金的香港實屬正常。味道當然好過starbucks喇。

Tried the hot chocolate and it tasted just like the the Cadbury powder drink I make at home, plus, terrible impolite service l. would not come back again and would definitely not recommend for anybody.

Looks can be deceiving and it certainly was the case here. Attracted and tempted by the shop's exterior and impressive array of ham hanging by the window, I eagerly ordered their Luis (Parma ham, mozzarella, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil) for 88 bucks. As titled. Got the Tartufo, that first bite omgosh. Panini bread toasted TO PERFECTION. Brie, rocket, truffle oil and ham blended SO WELL together. Super fast/very nice service, comfy dimlit chatty environment during evenings. Can't wait for lunch tmr XD

食完晏，送埋媽咪返學，Auntie R就帶咗小肥去中環嘆咖啡，重點推介喺IFC入面o既意大利咖啡室「Panino Giusto」。餐店並冇帶位服務，大家最好搵咗位坐先好去買野食，因為喺收銀處落完單，就會被派發號碼牌，服務生好快就會送上食物。點好食物，剛好有兩位食客離開，所以好快就有位坐。Auntie R眼利，留意到餐桌有好多污漬，更立刻叫樓面姐姐抹一抹。下午兩點半，店子座無虛席，不過大多都似遊客，個個都一袋二袋戰利品，而且滿口外地方言，所以都比較嘈雜。不到五分鐘，咖啡及甜品隨即送到，效率真係幾高。咖啡迷Auntie R叫咗杯Americano，奉送錫紙包住o既朱古力脆皮雪糕一粒，auntie形容為必吃甜點，嘻嘻，亦好誠意地送咗俾細姪仔食。脆皮雪糕粒甜脆軟滑，送咖啡食用果真一流！小肥叫咗個「Affogato」，雲尼拿雪糕好夠香滑，無奈espresso偏酸，咖啡味又唔係好夠濃，失色咗少少。

It's always good to have a relaxing refreshment / light dinner here ! In this restaurant, you don't need to wait an hour in line to get a table .
