招牌菜
3/28日跟家人到Padthai 吃晚餐, 喜欢这里的环境较舒适, 少人(可能是因为地方位于二楼故人较少), 是三五知己聚会的好地方. 当晚点了6个菜:1.沙爹鸡, 猪肉串 $40-50 (忘记了) (味道一般)2.招牌金边粉包蛋 $56 (味道不俗, 微微甜, 但我更爱这里的另一款蛋包饭, 因为 第一次来这里的时候吃过一次便觉得很好吃, 味道连不太爱吃茄汁味的我也觉得很好吃.)3.蒜香炸春鸡 $88 (味道不俗, 但略嫌鸡太少肉)4.芒果炒饭 $56 (素菜, 芒果与提子粒抄饭, 但芒果与提子粒很少, 味道较淡, 没有炒饭味, 本人认为可不试..)5.泰式椰汁炒米粉 $52 (我不太喜欢这个, 因为椰汁味太重, 及是橙色的, 还有椰丝…这个粉也是微甜的.)6.虾多士 $40-50 (忘记了) (很好吃, 值得一试!) 会继续来光顾, 因这里的环境舒服, 最利害的是这里的侍应是不用写单也记得你点了什么的!

Very comfortable sitting, very attentive service. In these 2 areas, there is nothing one can complain about. In terms of food, here is what I ordered:1) Appertizer platter - it has a mix of appetizer like fish cake, spring roll, etc. It was not spectecular, but it was a good starter of the meal ahead. Well done. I enjoyed it.2) Stuffed chicken wing - taste of chicken was a little lacking, the stuffing was a little blend, but it was not bad. Fair.3) Eggplant hotpot - Very tasteful. It was not too spicy, yet the smell and the taste was done just right. With some rice, just a very enjoyable dish.4) Egg-wrapped Pad Thai - Their signature dish. One of the better Pad Thai I have had in HK. The egg-wrap was little unnecessary, in my humble opinion.

某天,老爸陪老祖父母到中环办事后,来湾仔跟我吃午餐。老人家居然主动话想食泰菜,令人惊讶。知道「莲」结束了,便不得不订这儿。四个人点了六款食物。碟头不算大,仅仅够食用。埋单近$470,价格一般而已。最先来的是「炸虾饼」,配甜酸酱食用。虾饼外皮香酥,内里弹牙,唯虾味偏淡。不久,「马拉盏炒通菜」便上桌,相当一般,下次可以不叫。至于「泰式金蒜炸鸡」,皮脆肉嫩,调味恰当,份量足四位用。「海鲜炒饭」,调味不俗,但卖相白雪雪,兼配料少。秘制干咖哩牛肉($58):不是干的,而是咖哩汤浸牛肉,牛肉粗糙无味,垃圾货色。泰式甜品拼盘($98):呢味系即制。店家收到order,即埋位,在开放式的水吧切杧果、西瓜。至于,椰汁白糯米饭、椰汁西米糕、南瓜布丁当然是预先制作。味道系中上。贵,但可一试。

一行九人,叫了八道菜,有柚子沙律,泰式炒通菜,椰子炒米粉、蒜香茄子、炸虾饼、泰式并盘、泰式虾酱炒饭同招牌金边粉包蛋。老板娘同侍应都系泰国人,不过识讲广东话,sofa 都坐得几舒服,灯光较暗,上菜速度合适,个人冇试过袖子沙律,因为唔钟意柚子,通菜炒得香口,有辣椒,怕辣的人就唔好叫,椰子炒米粉一般,有椰子味,但系花生味更加浓同埋米粉呈橙色,唔知点解?蒜香茄子就太油腻,虾饼一般,其实并盘里面都有虾饼,所以呢道菜系重复,炒饼超好味,不过个人冇食到炒饭旁边腊肠同猪肉,金边粉包蛋都系一般,有道菜极人推介,就系并盘入面鱼饼同埋荷叶包鸡,鱼饼好有冬阴功\味,包鸡有少少辣,好香口。我买个蛋糕入去,但系侍应冇介意仲主动俾埋碟我,好好招呼。
