今次下晝本身想試吓what to eat，但係因為太多人排隊所以近近地就嚟咗呢一間啦！呢一間餐廳嘅環境都唔錯，我哋八個人呢都坐得好舒服！今次呢就試咗佢嘅午市套餐，叫咗個tuna belly set，一開始嘅前菜呢會有一個沙律同埋味噌湯，沙律會配上好開胃嘅橙，個人覺得味道都唔錯 主食方面個飯嘅質素呢都唔錯，廚師將吞拿魚整成茸，可以撈落啲飯到一齊食，吞拿魚嘅味道亦都係幾新鮮嘅，配埋豉油同埋Wasabi一齊食，味道呢都幾好食，但係因為成碗飯都係得吞拿魚茸所以食到最後呢我覺得太”漏”，同埋食黎食去都係同一樣野，所以最後食唔晒！不過呢中上環實在太多選擇啦，呢一間餐廳嘅味道雖然都算唔錯，但係呢未必會再食！…さらに見る

The lunch set menu seemed to be the same as before except that the vegetarian udon was no longer available, although it was still printed on the menu!This time I tried the tuna belly don.The tuna belly don was presented quite well with a small quail egg placed on top, which was so cute. The tuna belly was of acceptable quality although definitely not top notch. The portion was reasonable and that of the rice was quite big. The rice was pretty nice which was reasonably sour and moist. I didn't have to eat with the soy sauce at all and eating with just the wasabi and sliced pickled gingers was fine. A salad and a miso soup came with the don. The salad was quite fresh with 2 pieces of orange, just like last time. The miso soup seemed to have deteriorated compared with before. It was just a plain miso soup with no ingredients.Overall, the tuna belly don was quite a good deal especially with the 20% discount by reservation on openrice! Some of my friends ordered the grilled salmon don which looked alright. The only bad thing was that the glass of water served to me was cold (given the cold weather today) and had a clear red lip stick stain which was so disgusting. I have visited this place a few times in past years and decided to drop by for a solo meal tonight. The service has really deteriorated and the wait staff obviously don’t care about their jobs... which is sad because the food is well priced and yummy....I’ve never felt more unliked or unwelcomed In HK than I did tonight. Not sure if because the waitress was busy with her friend standing outside the restaurant trying to bring in more customers or the fact that she acted and treated me like some annoying single Asian woman... I will no longer be recommending this place to my friends in HK or visiting from overseas... I had never realized that there was such a Japanese restaurant in Hollywood Road until I saw it on openrice. Prices of lunch set looked very reasonable so we came to give it a try.It was quite a small restaurant but it was not full house even during lunch on a week day. Walk-in should be ok. It was quiet enough for a good chat over lunch. There were not many choices on the lunch menu but it did offer something I liked.I ordered tuna salmon don to try 2 types of their sashimi. I had expected sashimi slices rather than cubes, but it was ok given the price and the cubes were actually quite big. The sashimi was of average quality and definitely not top notch. The portion of the rice was quite big. I did feel full after eating although I had been pretty hungry. It would have been better if the rice had been made with more vinegar and less moist. The wasabi could have been more fresh and was below average.A salad and a miso soup came with the don. The salad was quite fresh with 2 pieces of orange which were really appreciated. 香港酒吧林立，多以Restaurant and Bar 、Pub、Sport Bar 等玩樂為主。其次是Wine Bar或Whisky Bar等以提供豐富的酒款或教授專業的威士忌品嚐技巧的學門藝術。不過單純以雞尾酒為主題的酒吧卻未在香港盛行。難得這天提早收工，便和好姐妹在中環選擇了一間以雞尾酒為主題的酒吧餐廳。無論餐廳的門面和室內設計都和一般的日式居酒屋無異。不過細心一看，餐廳融入歐美塗鴉元素，實行來個中西文化融合之聚。餐牌封面由木牌製造，十分精美。食物款式只有一張A4 size的大小，分有雞肉串、牛肉串、蔬菜、魚類、羊類、炸物、烏冬、沙律及前菜等。Ox Tongue ($48)牛舌灑上黑椒和鹽調味，肉香濃郁，牛舌爽彈無比，口感十分有嚼力，滋味無限延伸。Wagyu Beef ($68)和牛牛肉串肉質鬆化軟腍，牛味濃郁，肉汁亦十分澎湃，味道和肉質都相當滿足，只是$68得一小串，實在有點貴呢。Angus Sirloin Steak ($108)西冷牛扒外層燒得淺竭且充滿焦香，而內裡肉質呈粉紅、色澤光鮮。肉味濃郁、油花充沛，半融嫩化的油份令肉質提嫩不少，半浸在醬油之中，令肉香鮮味更奔放自如，肉汁從咀嚼過程中滲透出來，齒脥留香。Lamp chop ($98)表面灑上黑椒和海鹽的羊架，即燒的關係，上碟時彌漫著一股誘人的焦香。羊羶味清幽不太濃，根本不用醮點任何醬汁，不好羊羶味者也值得一試。肉質鬆化軟腍，就連筋部位置都能夠煎得甘香煙韌，十分出色。Chicken skin ($28)雞皮燒得薄身脆口，油份不多不會令口腔滿是油滯感，簡直是佐酒良物。Chicken wing($35)雞皮外層炸得乾身香脆，雞翼肉汁豐富，簡單用上鹽燒方法，啖啖肉已教人回味。Seafood salad($80)海鮮沙律其實是日本海鮮刺身雜錦盛，包括有三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚和三文魚籽，刺身切成粒狀，柔軟鮮甜，毫無雪味，加入少許醋汁，鮮味更鮮。Smoked Rose ($80)餐牌上有林林總總的cocktail，確實令人眼花撩亂，最後交由員工幫我話事，點了一杯Smoked Rose，由清酒、玫瑰syrup和檸檬打混而成的香檳金色澤，入口簡易，玫瑰味清香而不假，酒中還放有一支真的玫瑰。近來自Beauty and the Beast上映以來，玫瑰花都變成大熱，相信十居其九的女士都會自動選擇Smoked Rose作為模杯底的心頭好之一。OZU Bar (中環)中環荷李活道1號地下…さらに見る
