Visit here again for celebrating my boss’s birthday and a colleague’s farewell lunch. The restauranteur arranged to provide us a special menu, including:1 Pumpkin bacon soup 2 Chicken mustard white wine spaghetti 3 Carabiner ores sauce shrimp spaghetti 4 Roasted duck leg confit + bonus fish fillet spaghetti (wrongly served us thus free one)And we extra~ordered 2 whole cakes (durian and signature mango cake) for our love ones.The soup is quite delicious.  Those chicken, shrimp and the bonus fish fillet spaghetti all goes nice and yummy. The roasted duck leg come very crunchy and flavorable.And l do not expect they have a getting durian fans crazy durian cake.  The cake really has nice smell. It is creamy, soft, rich taste and full of durian meat inside. lt really drive me crazy and would let me get fatty since I decided to order one for my family try later. After having the durian cake, we are so full. So that, we packed the Mango cake for next day try. The signature Mango cake is still fluffy after a day from a fridge. l wanna say that l would bring my friends to come eating here or order cake.  Since the owner here is very kind, the quality of food here is good and the food price here is reasonable or even say cheap. 继续阅读

湾仔是传统与现代,商业与住宅的化身,有著无数人的回忆。经过时代的洗礼,能保留下来的老店,只靠两个字支撑:坚持。对食物的坚持,对烹调的坚持,对服务的坚持,对格调的坚持。这间法国菜餐厅面积超过一千呎,但只招待二三十名客人。待应生数目贵精不贵多,介绍菜色如数家珍,娓娓道来烹调手法,已触动了我的味蕾。午餐只提供三道菜餐单,选择虽是廖廖可数,但却满载惊喜。头盘:沙律或汤。今日的餐汤是薯仔汤。用上汤做底,加入碎切烟肉,再配以薯蓉烹调而成。非常有层次感,美味而又不腻。完全可感受到大厨对食物的坚持。简简单单的一道汤,也费了不少心思。主菜共三款选择:鱼,鸭胸或意粉。过往品尝鸭胸的经验,总是觉得配汁才是主菜,没有了灵魂,鸭胸就什么都不是了。但听侍应生讲解烹调方法后,便蠢蠢欲动,决定一试,果然没有令我失望。厚切的鸭胸,肉质有弹性,烤焗出来锁住了所有肉汁。配汁和配菜味道不浓,没有抢了主角的风采。甜品只有一款选择:焦糖布丁。它是我品尝过最滑的布丁,丝一般的嫩滑。焦糖脆口又不太甜,为这餐忙里偷闲的午餐,划上完美的句号。 继续阅读
