This restaurant is located in country side inside a private club house. It’s called Oasis in Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club. Membership only! It is easy to assess by taking minibus or taxi. If you drive, there are free parking in the club house. This international restaurant is located in basement of the country club but there is lift going down to this level, so wheelchair has problem at all. The ambience is great with marvellous seaview. There is outdoor or indoor seating. If weather is good, outdoor seating is preferred. There is a big green lawn in front, so you can breathe the natural air from the grass and sea. They have different cuisine in the menu like Chinese, western, Indian, Indonesian, Malaysian, Italian etc etc… Their curry is good. Actually, their Chinese meal set is great too with soup, rice & dessert. Pizza and the Indian dishes are fantastic. Their steak is good too… but price is higher. In general, the price performance is not bad. No service charge is added. For breakfast, they have American, Continental and Chinese style to choose. A La Carte is also served. There is Kid’s menu too with smaller portion. There is charge for corkage and cake cutting. But if you buy the wine from their shop next to it, no extra corkage fee is added. The price of the wine is very reasonable. They don’t have restroom inside the restaurant and you have to use the one outside in the club. They are clean tough but have to walk out from the restaurant. Overall, the food quality is excellent and nice presentation. Service is good except when it’s full house during weekends, your order will be a bit slow in time and have to wait a bit longer for the food or drink.

          清水灣俱樂部西餐廳雖然只招待會員但食物同價錢, 性價比高。餐廳有室內及室外位置, 我就比較喜歡outdoor, 望住個藍天遠望海景，飲番杯凍飲， chill.餐廳食物選擇好多, 好似酒店coffee shop一樣, 有中式西式及印度餐。美國牛扒炭燒牛扒，呢度做得唔錯，用上美國A級牛扒配上煙肉蘆筍卷，肉質juicy, 二百零蚊出邊街一定食唔到。而我最欣賞嘅就係蝦多士，懷舊心態😂，依家好少地方有得食。牛油果紅菜頭藜麥沙律, 沙律最重要就係材料新鮮, 呢度做得到。印度咖喱角Samosas, 呢個炸得比較硬身，餡料都豐富。甜品選擇左crème brûlée, 好大碟, 味道尚可。環境服務價錢合一, 呢度真係性價比高.

          我們一般都是在下午三點至五點來到清水灣哥爾夫球會吃下午茶，因為中菜廳只有中午及晚飯時段，所以只能到他們的西餐廳。以佢哋嘅西餐廳亦都係今年年頭啱啱重新裝修好，而我就特別鍾意坐喺佢戶外嘅座位。佢哋嘅餐牌種類比較廣，有西式，印度及東南亞風情，平時一般我們都是叫laksa & pho, 呢次我哋叫咗叻沙同埋佢個印度menu 嘅south Indian fish Madra, 一般會採用白魚為食材，但係佢哋就用咗三文魚，驚喜地竟然很配合呢個咖喱汁 ，佢嘅汁係較濃郁既蕃茄椰汁加其他香料，而我地亦額外叫了一份蒜蓉印度包，有少少偏油，但係我哋都完全食晒。。總括而言味道也算傳統因為佢哋係專門有一個印度廚師負責煮呢個Menu，亦都適合怕辣嘅人，呢度菜式我絕對會推介。

          清水灣高爾夫球會入門攔高，因為高球已經成為富豪的活動及身份的象徵，香港地少人多，高球場地非常缺，所以能夠在香港得一會藉，並非只願付錢便成，人物關係及趁早論候是必須的。在球會場地增加餐廳及其他會所設施是營商之道，因為打球的會員在運動前後是需要吃喝的，而且家庭日難免，攜帶不打球的另一半、子女或父母同行，等著的時候可以去用餐及作其他運動，會所服務應運而生不奇，鄕村俱樂部成立，有泳池、健身室等、中西餐廳、酒吧及到會服務皆有，別忘記，清水灣高爾夫球會位於遙遠的西貢東面盡頭，返回市中心找商店食品車程不短。有幸家中有人乃財經界之高層，我們已經到過鄉村俱樂部晚餐數次，可惜烹調水準，真是意想不到的不及格，明明有財力有身價，沒理由找不到好廚，也許是制度問題，自覺不愁無客！說出真心話，長路遙遙，廚藝卻不出色，真是被邀亦不太願意來！母親節的大日子，因為話事人希望年邁母親到郊外走走，於是安排了在中菜廳 Ocean View 中秋家聚，這晩我們早吃，六點開始，可能主廚尚未忙碌，竟然大有進步，變成物有所值。大節日的套餐，價錢非常合理，在市內實在難以找到，但別忘記需要加上交通費及時間作考慮。我們一行8人，每位才$36

           那個媽咪不愛靚，為母親節而設計的套餐，必須養顏滋補，於是，晚餐就由一道花膠清湯開始。

          眾所周知，花膠含豐富骨膠原，是能令肌膚保持幼嫩有彈性的要素，從食物中攝取，相比外塗的護膚品有效；不止於此，這道湯，還加進同樣質地富膠質丶而又排毒利腸胃丶形態似黑木耳但粉紅棕色丶有彈性丶口味爽滑的榆耳。

          外表看起來似一碗翅，絲絲縷縷，卻是花膠及榆耳絲，高湯作湯頭，盡是雞、豬丶火腿及干貝熬成的味道，可能今晚是大圍人必吃之項目，煲足時間，非常醇厚，跟配料同吃，爽口滋味。

           是一道非常普遍的宴會菜式，因為有蝦有帶子，大體見得人，配大量蔬菜是現代流行均衡飲食之選，顏色配合有對比好看，味道容易掌握。

          大路做法，雪藏蝦球大只可觀，弄至非常爽口但欠鮮味及蝦味；帶子厚身軟腍，沾滿調味芡汁，我最喜歡鮮白合，爽口滋補，比較少機會吃到；西蘭花棵棵深綠，脆爽汁豐。

          整體而言，材料新鮮，過得去。好味指數:2.5/5

           酥炸海鮮卷是近年的新派宴會菜，是西式海鮮沙律的變奏，帶子丶蝦仁、紅蘿蔔丶西芹及沙律醬的混合餡料，所謂意式，就是多加了芝士，然後用春卷皮包著炸至金黃。

          炸得不俗，通透不算油，炸漿薄，味道酥脆香滑，喜歡的會覺得口感豐富，個人口味而言，我不欣賞。

           石班魚一般愈大條愈有價，尤其一圍十二人的宴會，一般用上二至四斤的大魚，但養班肉質會嚡，因此體積大過二斤並非聰明之選，喜見今晚供應的以兩條斤幾重的中型班代之。

          兩條老虎班意料之外的鮮美嫩滑，蒸至恰到好處，可能是人潮未至，廚房並未開始忙碌之因。

          鼓油汁有魚香，我是魚痴，眾人不懂吃的魚頭歸我所有，吃得滿足。

           配料不多，見到的只有少量草菇片及冬菇片，找不到蝦子，伊麵顏色啡黃，吸飽了鼓油醬汁，入口味道豐富，也許失了踪影的蝦子其實早已溶化於醬汁中，剛剛炒起，溫暖夠火喉，麵條柔軟潤滑，口感佳。

           正宗的香草紅豆沙是加入臭草的，其實味並不臭，今晚的只是個名字，反而加進海帶絲，自家煲煮，沒有出錯的理由，但起沙程度不高，甜度適中亦吃得過。

          好味指數:2.5/5

          以每位四百有找的價錢，在高級會所母親節日吃到十道菜，會所式的禮貌服務，環境寛敞，性價比合理得很。

          但以味道作前題的話，有得揀，還是找更好吃的。
