朋友选了这餐厅作午餐地点,由于天气尚未很热,而女孩子又怕冷气太冻,于是我们选了户外的座位,很舒适悠闲。午餐是半自助餐形式,前菜和甜品是自助的,当然款式不算太多,但已十分足够,款式很大路,有沙律、烟三文鱼等,甜品是几款蛋糕、生果。主菜有多款选择,我和一位朋友选了5成熟牛扒,另一位则选了羊架,由于我不吃羊在此无法品评,但朋友二人则都表示味道不错,且肉质也松软。而我的牛扒感觉有点超过5成熟,但也可接受,配以芥末酱味道不错,值得吃的,加上餐厅环境舒适,很有忙里偷闲感! 继续阅读

13:30 去到,人非常少,环境几好,坐得又舒服。拣左个最平既main course - cream pesto linguine with mushroom. Salad bar同dessert 系任食~ quality比我expect既好~salmon都几好, 菜fresh, sauteed mushroom 好食,有几种cheese任食,面包冇试,仲有一杯仔南瓜浓汤,非常好味!$128既set, main course以为会heahea地,点知又好好食,同埋main course唔会咁快上, 等我可以慢慢食salad埋单$140~ 其实都几抵食,所有服务生都有礼貌,绝对encore!!! 继续阅读

有一阵子经常到Mr Steak用餐,吃得舒服晚餐Set中有一款可以满足你三个愿望,分别有Wagyu Beef, 400 Days Grain Fed Aberdeen Prime Steak和 USDA Rib Eye当中最爱Aberdeen 400 Days Grain Fed,牛味、肉质、肉汁也是我喜爱的程度!单吃不点任何Sauce也很够肉味这个价位的扒房个人觉得Mr Steak算是质素比较好和稳定的一间P.S 甜品可免则免,要Service好的请坐入内 继续阅读

食完午餐打底,再带肥髀食hightea(因为净食呢个hightea套餐会唔够饱 )一向对Mr Steak有信心,自助餐比好多酒店好!所以之前团购一出hightea就买了套餐!今日肥髀放早,想同佢食,但个电话一直唔通,我要迟一个站落车!亲身去门口订位!门口位置个经理好好笑容!订位好爽快!之后接了肥髀放学!食少许嘢打底再返来!都系经理带位!店位于铜锣湾食街,店外有户外位置,不过天气冻,我又唔钟意吹住风食嘢!(好快冻晒)所以都系室内稳定啲!一入门口见到圣诞节姜饼屋!肥髀钟意到唔舍得行开!室内设计好型格!家私餐具都好潮(不过张櫈好难移动,又重又无手挽)因为未到下午茶时间,经理问我攞咗团购劵之后,比杯水叫我坐下!睇下出面风景!时间好快过!三点钟,经理亲自攞个三层塔上菜!三层架简约!食物以咸点为主!我们由底层食起!底层:香瓜火腿、海虾木瓜莎莎意大利包、飞鱼子烟三文鱼沙律香瓜火腿:火腿咸香,但较韧,哈蜜瓜甜蜜!海虾木瓜莎莎意大利包:海虾爽口但无乜味,木瓜莎莎蓉好甜,意大利包比较干!飞鱼子烟三文鱼沙律:好细兜,份量少,飞鱼子卜卜脆,脆青瓜丝加烟韧烟三文鱼!好食!中层:和牛汉堡、鹅肝汉堡、焗英伦蟹肉盅和牛汉堡:厚牛肉味重但较干,面包松软!鹅肝汉堡:鹅肝系Mr Steak强项,煎得外脆,中间充满油香,好味!焗英伦蟹肉盅:热食,面有蟹肉芝士,下面嘅薯蓉先惊喜,又香又滑!顶层:鲜草莓挞、芒果朱古力杯、3.6北海道牛乳布甸鲜草莓挞:挞底脆口,吉士酱配爽新鲜士多啤梨好味!芒果朱古力杯:芒果肉甜,朱古力杯香滑!牛乳布甸:牛奶味香浓,布甸香滑!热柠茶:我已经食到中段先叫,卖相好精致,一啖就无,唔够喉!加上今日天气冻,所以冻得好快! 其实呢个hightea以咸点为主,嗜甜点嘅肥髀就唔系咁兴奋!不过所有店员都好nice, 地方又舒服,所以我就好满意! 咁嘅价钱享受到嘅质素!只需要埋单比多$20! 继续阅读

food quality: we had a party of 6. someone ordered the seafood boullaibaise for 2 for starter, this was definitely the highlight dish of the night. it was under $200 and very generous with the ingredients. i ordered a $550 set of which the entree was okay some smoked salmon, similar quality to a hotel buffet. the dessert was fairly poor a tasteless blueberry cake similar to quality to a $10 maxims. my main course, a trio of steak (wagyu, aberdeen dry aged, and USDA ribeye) was decent, but certainly no comparison to a proper steak you would get served at Ruth Chris or Bistecca. They did not serve the steak in a hot plate and everything got cold pretty quickly. my wife had a $400 USDA prime ribeye that is around half the thickness of what I expected (we all know a good steak must be at least an inch or slightly less to be cooked properly right?). my sister had a cheap pasta, we all thought that was awesome.service: top notch, very attentive, both english and chinese. we were supposed to have a minimum charge for the "private" room but even though we missed by 2-300 they let us off.deco/ambience: this is still causeway bay "foodstreet" its more for casual dining rather than a fine diningoverall value for money: i think this place is awesome for some snacks and happy hour, but i wouldn't pay this money for the experience here. i'd pay a bit more and stick with a proper fine dining steak house in central. 继续阅读
