This is a gem in Tai Mei Tuk. It’s a vegan sourdough place. Went there one morning for breakfast, wanted to try their pizza, but it was too early they were still busy making the sourdough. So we ordered two paninis, $50 each. And it was soooo good! Truffle melt✵mushroom, vegan cheddar, truffle oil, rucola, this is my favorite, love all the ingredients in it. 之前喺翠屏間the bulk shop訂過佢哋嘅包好實正好好味今日踩單車入大美督知佢間舖有Pizza心血來潮就過咗去喱度話佢收16，原來星期日係收19平日就賣完包就收鋪了💁🏻‍♀️(佢哋係咁講) 去到先醒起自己無帶好多錢喺身最後點咗一件Panini配Cappuccino喱個係1號，2號有我唔食嘅truffle💁🏻‍♀️Latte用soymilk(有獨立出售)(佢哋可以用payme但我無)啡用機沖無拉花比我飲剩一啖哈哈 食之前望到佢道牆有句good food good mood到panini 到嗰一下望到已經good mood認證！到第一啖放入口...🤤 因為唔方便拎最後無買到大包買咗一個細細哋嘅包仔傳說係竹炭(？) 下次去會試pizza!

lots of vegan products mayonnaise, oat milk, bread, muffins, pepper sauce, pizzas bread with variety of flavor, sweet and savory. nice folks supporting veganism. yummy food with true flavors. very good prices... open area to chill must try

之前在討論區見過有人大推呢間店的手工麵包奈何地點真係唔係咁方便 只能默默地save低係to go list終於係年廿八 機會黎喇 相約朋友於大尾篤食個包去下coffee shop有三款唔同的包同 4個口味的muffin 問下店主Alex三款麵包有咩口分別 佢好熱情比我地試食同介紹三款麵包的分別同材料 十分健談最後聽從意見決定買半個核桃紅莓乾裸麥麵包($45)核桃紅莓乾裸麥麵好外皮硬淨 因為用天然酵母的關係 食落微酸食落充滿質感 食一兩塊都真係飽 另外因為太肚餓 同朋友一齊食左4個不同口味的muffinChocolate, Cinnamon apple, Carrot, Banana ($10 each)個人最鐘意Chocolate 好香 而且係真有朱古力味 麵包同蛋糕外表都好平實 價錢唔貴 而且真材實料而且好健康我一定會為左佢地的麵包再來

用心製作的足料健康麵包，同老闆傾計，得知店內麵包用天然酵母sourdough (酸種)，麵包要發酵二十多小時，無添加化學成份，麵包實心，唔係空氣包，雖然比連鎖店麵包貴，但因為足料，食兩三片就夠飽。今次試埋3種muffins：carrot, banana walnut, apple cinnamon，全部都好好味老闆用靚料做麵包，值得支持～假日仲有純素pizza😋

Came across this place during the weekly sunday food market at tong chong in quarry bay. Had seen a few people walking around with a black pizza and knew i just had to try. It was titled truffle love- containing charcoal crust, caramelised portobello mushroom, vegan mozzarella and white truffle oil.The wait was only around 5 minutes or so. Despite the name of the pizza the flavour of truffle wasn’t very strong and the base was tough and hard (like charcoal) the mushrooms didn’t taste caramelised

All bread is sourdough, all products are Vegan!My family loves bread, and thanks to my colleagues recommendation, we same here today to find the bread. The owner took the time to explain the products to us. So we bought some baguettes, a five grains loaf, a cranberry loaf and some sandwiches bread. All of them are fresh from the oven!!I’ll come back to try their muffins next time
