What would you have before dinner? "Starter, dessert I mean." Quoted from my girl friend, LOL. I remembered that day was kinda cool and chill. While it didn't bother to eat ice cream (technically gelato) before dinner. Usually, store like this always has its gimmick for attracting the customers. And mostly likely, before you know the answer, you can easily guess what is its selling point. Healthy! And I think this is really evil to men! Even, I had been told that gelato is low calories, low fat, no artificial food flavoring and pigment.We picked two different flavours, strawberry and hazelnut. It won't be too sweet for strawberry and was like eating a freezed fresh strawberry Hazelnut was nice as well and most importantly, both of them were firm and won't make us thirsty. Really love it. I wonder if there is one shop in Hong Kong sells gelato topping with cream? Miss this one so bad!Enjoy your pre-dinner "starter"

朋友介绍这间位于红磡小街的意大利Gelato店,有low fat和no fat选择,不怕肥的我叫了full fat 的caramel 雪糕crepe。这crepe 的质感似法式的那种,比较chewy,加上少少朱古力酱,令整个味道加添层次,而且雪糕份量够,就算食到底都还有冰冻的雪糕配搭著暖暖的薄饼。店内和店外都有少量坐位可供客人轻松的享受一下甜品。如果经过红磡的话不妨一试,不用怕,有no fat的雪糕,一点都不会肥的

自从公司搬之后就一直忙碌至十二月,无奈十月尾的食记都要去到十二月中才可以完工;工作量当时还算在可接受的程度,自然多时间周围揾食,而最多去的竟然系交通未算十分方便的红磡区,全因一次看到「开饭」推介Gelato,吸引我一而再再而三来尝。当天去到才发觉两旁的杂货店都差点把gelato店给掩盖,幸好Tiffany blue的招牌养眼,即做身在街尾都能看得见。入到Gelato店内,各款不同味道、颜色的gelato都极之吸引,不过一场来到当然要选比坊间偏门的味道过下口瘾;Mammamia跟其他雪糕店一样,都可以先小试一口匙gelato再选自己喜爱的味道,Mammamia店内除了一般常见的水果味道、朱古力、金莎、薄荷朱古力之外,还有果王、果后之称的榴梿和山竹口味,如果喜爱清甜味道还有番石榴;第一次到来尝过果王果后之外,今次再试番石榴和蓝莓乳酪。用雪糕筒装的gelato上方是番石榴而下方是蓝莓乳酪口味($44),两大球gelato装得满满,首先是雪白像雪球一样的是番石榴口味,由于gelato制作过程不会打入过多空气,所以口感很扎实而有份量,而两球gelato亦十分「重手」,味道而言,番石榴味入口带淡淡清香而不浓甜,口感细致绵密;而蓝莓乳酪方面,光是乳酪的话,味道可能会较似益力多口味,不过加入蓝莓黎,味道带微酸但可接受,入口清凉舒爽。今次已经是同月二次到访,gelato味道依然地好,也是我一而再再而三到访的主要原因,此篇食记完结后又可以期待第三次的来临了。

又考完一科,梗系要去庆祝一番食完一餐都未够,要食埋甜品先够完满呢间意大利雪糕专门店以无糖雪糕为亮点上面呢幅图就解释左点解糖尿病患者都可以食用仲岩哂把口话想减肥既人士添(即系我 我同朋友谂左差唔多5分钟先谂好食咩职员仲好友善咁问我地试唔试味最后我拣左草莓芝士蛋糕平时好钟意食哈根达斯既草莓芝士蛋糕味呢到既都唔比哈根达斯逊色有草莓既酸酸甜甜又有一粒粒既芝士蛋糕(重芝士味架质感更creamy朋友叫既蓝色梦幻就咁睇个名,都估唔到系咩味店员讲返系西柚同柠檬呢款雪糕较冰感,易溶过上面既草莓芝士蛋糕虽味道同样是酸酸甜甜但酸味更为特出,且有清新感觉有吃雪芭的感觉,却不是雪芭质感32多元一球,感觉挺划算同埋我觉得草莓芝士蛋糕仲好食过H牌可能我钟意较CREAM身既雪糕

Hung Hom is a place full of small shops and hidden gems. Mamamia would be one of my go to sweets shop. The ice cream shop is located on a buzzing street and it took us a while to look for it. There are also indoor and outdoor sitting area for you to enjoy some good time relaxing. The menu is self-explantory, $32 for a scoop of quality ice cream / fruity sorbet is considered affordable to me. The shop also offers family tube size, cakes, drinks, and crepes. There are more than 20 flavours available! Some of the are even low fat / NO FAT! We have tried the I picked all sorbet type as I felt like some fruits after a heavy meal that I had nearby. 3 big scoops of sorbet costs $55 which was a very good value. Top: Strawberry - strawberry might probably the healthiest choice, the fruity taste of it is just refreshing. The shop uses all real ingredients and fruits which ease our mind while enjoying some treats.Middle: Guava - The best among all three, usually guava sorbet would be light and tasteless, however this guava sorbet tasted rich without being too sweetBottom: Mango - Again the taste is just extradinary with lots of mango chunks in it. Perfect for mango lovers!
