同朋友會去食依間餐廳係為左間餐廳嘅裝修同氣氛,整體食物水平同內場員工態度良好,但個receptionist 真係一個奇葩😓我同朋友嘅感受真係打完幾個突之後再加幾次真心咩,佢自己安排不當之餘再配上啲咁友善嘅態度我地真係只可以寫個「服」字比佢。🙏
戴定頭盔先,我平時唔係一個西客,亦都唔想成為一個西客。But they made me not happy, I will make them not happy as well🙂
今日與友人係大約下午一時三十分左右到達餐廳,咁當時為午餐時段,加上我與友人,一共有5枱食客等緊位, 咁因為呀receptionist小姐唔係佢個小天地到,咁我同前一枱客就係門口等佢返黎。過左幾分鐘之後,佢終於返黎啦,之後同時接待我地同前一枱食客,佢問左我地幾多個人之後,就同我地講要等大概一個鐘左右,我就問佢「我地可唔可以留低電話之後一個鐘後返黎呀?」,佢就有啲唔耐煩+串串地咁同我地講「唔可以呀,我好忙架,無咁得閒逐個打返電話叫你地返上黎」。明白今日係星期六會多人會忙,咁只好再問佢我地可唔可以book位呀?佢就話我地星期日唔接受預約。我當時以為佢口誤講左今日係星期日,我就同佢講,好啦我地係到等啦。哈哈⋯⋯
之後精彩嘅環節就嚟啦,等左大概9~10個字之後,終於到我哋啦,佢就問我地吧枱你地ok嘛?我就同佢講「我想等出而啲特色枱或者入面個啲唔係吧枱嘅枱呀,不如你比左個位下一枱先啦☺️」佢就即刻西曬口面咁同我地講「我頭先咪話咗比你哋聽今日Walk in只可以坐吧枱囉。」咁我都怕我頭先入黎個時聽漏左,即刻問返友人你有無聽到佢頭先有咁講過,而友人亦都表示冇聽過佢有提到依個安排。咁為左爭取一張普通嘅枱,我當然唔會就咁心息啦,就問佢咁點解係我地前兩枱嘅客人可以排到特色枱呀,佢就用啲更晦氣語氣咁同我地講,佢地有book位架!個下我就當堂打咗個突⋯就再問佢頭先唔係話唔可以book位嘅咩?佢就終於話,邊個話星期六唔可以book位,但要早一日約囉,再一邊show佢本預約簿仔比我地睇⋯⋯跟住我再問「首先你頭先已經無同我講今日walkin只可以坐吧枱,之後又話比我聽無得book啦,我可以再等多陣架,你可唔可以安排下呀?」呀西面receptionist就講「我今日大把booking呀,最快都要3點先喎,不過唔知等到幾耐架,你唔等啦嘛我繼續入客啦🤷♀️」⋯⋯我同我朋友再一次呆左,因為朋友成日未食過野,再糾纏落去都唔係辦法,就同佢講,算啦咁我地走啦,佢就一副不屑嘅面口咁同我地講「alright, good good lol」咁行返去佢嘅reception小天地。因為朋友真係餓啦而且唔想出去再去搵餐廳,最後我地就去左同層另一間餐廳食,食完好嬲咁走左🙂
