Le moment 係咖啡同文青最盛行時期，我已經留意到呢間野，但一直都冇機會試... =.= 因爲每次我經過時候都日光日白時候。今日同一位女性朋友經過被老闆盛情邀請入去試下，老闆用美式腔講第一句：「如果唔好食或者你唔中意就唔收錢」我當然反應好快回翻佢一句：「禁你有定心理準備我會話唔好食^0^」一入到去，有幾個鬼佬聊天中，老闆好細心問我地兩個女仔要 ice water 定要普通水，我地當然叫左普通水，嘩！普通水檸檬味都好fresh ah, 我地叫左兩份 main set , 一份牛扒同一份鴨胸, 份量比我想像中大！我記得我味蕾最有印象係佢既蕃茄蘑菇湯，好多蘑菇粒啊！好好飲^0^中間老闆有幫我地針水，亦會攞起支結他娛樂一下在場既嘉賓，基本上好少餐廳會禁做，食完就好快清理餐具，好似要趕你走，呢度既老闆阿 BOB 好好人啊，我地食完飯仲請我地飲酒添 ^0^

That was such a great experience to dine at Le Moment.The owner passionately hosts us with fun.No need to say, the wine and dishes were all wonderful.Every moment still lingers in my heart.I miss Le Moment so much and must visit there again

同老婆結婚週年紀念日，本來以為係一間普通食晚餐既餐廳，去到原來老細好好人，推薦不同地方的酒給我們品嚐，我們各自點了一種酒，老細後來再送我一支啤酒，給我太太試一些威士忌，去soho區晚餐的感覺就是要有酒才對。食品好味，三文魚肉汁豐富，老實說煎三文魚唔係好多地方做得好，佢係好味道。牛排好大份也夠肉汁，另外加了鵝肝黑松露帶子也好美味，加$88推薦一下。甜品Apple crumble好鬆脆。老細好talk得，氣氛很好，食物也好好味，如果你喜歡試不同地方的酒，你會好開心。推薦推薦。

昨晚 朋友介紹去了這間 位於蘇豪附近 的 餐廳 首先 講老闆 這裏 的老闆 是一位 對食物 很有 passion 和 很nice 的人 每天早上都會去 店舖自己選購食材 有些還是自己種的 還有菜色的style 帶有一點美式 家庭式 的感覺 香港很少可以吃到這種 味道 所有食物都給我們清光 原本頭盤我們叫了沙律 之後老闆還送我們 一客 用三種番茄 做的蕃茄湯 味道很濃郁 我很喜歡 然後到主菜 我叫的是肉眼 剛剛好是midium side 是 雜菜和薯蓉 那個 sause不知道用什麼做 但很好味 完全能帶出 牛扒的鮮味 是香港很少 可以 吃到的味道 老闆對酒也很講究 為我們 逐一介紹 但不是 hardsell, 只是好像朋友一樣sharing 最終我們 叫了一杯紅酒 味道很不錯 老闆對音樂 也有研究 間中也會 拿著結他 環境很 chill放的歌 都很好 令 整頓晚餐 吃得咁開心 你知道 其實放什麼歌也是很重要的 而且 老闆還很細心 看見我朋友鼻敏感 便 用 熱水加 薰衣草 和一些 香油 沖水 給我朋友 渴 ，渴 完真的舒服了很多 總括而言 整晚吃得很開心 食物很好 環境很好 價錢也相當合理

This is my first time to come to Le Moment. I found it on open rice and booked a table for my gf's birthday dinner. We ordered a steak and salmon which were great. But the dishes won't be complete without adding the scallop with wild mushroom & black truffle, and French Foie Gras. Really worth the price to add it into your dish. Ok, like many Hong kongers we were drawn to le vache's steak and fries! Lost track of how many times we have been there for a steak fix. However I will admit quality of meat has gone down hill (lots of tendons, fat etc). My partner and I had wanted to go to La Vache but as we were waiting outside for a free table we were lured into Le Moment with the promise of amazing food and not having to pay if we didn't like it. Well we weren't disappointed....the succinct menu looked immensely enticing but we both went for the steak.
