经过见到呢款好特别嘅甜品,本身以为系忌廉蛋糕🎂原来系Pavlova,就系以蛋白霜做基底嘅甜品,主要材料系蛋白同埋糖,打成滑滑的蛋白霜后,再以慢火将外层烤脆、中心部份仍然系软绵绵好似绵花糖咁🤣·Pavlova($50-$55)听落好似好吸引咁,不过我觉得食落真系好甜🙈我今次试左三只味:朱古力、水蜜桃同杂莓🍓虽然口感几好,上面仲舖左水果可以中和下甜腻感,但仍然系偏甜🥲·拎嘅时候都要好小心,因为好易整碎,我未影相就已经唔小心跌碎左一件🤭价钱都有少少贵,试一次就好了🤣🤣

Le Dessert📍金钟Milk Tea Pavlova $50个Pavlova可以分做三层,顶层系水果,中层系鲜忌廉,底层系蛋白饼。今次我呢款个顶层系西柚同埋橙,中层系Earl Grey味嘅忌廉,底层就系蛋白饼。鲜忌廉冇甜味,用肉眼睇会见到茶碎,但系茶香唔系好突出。相反,蛋白饼好甜,所以千祈唔好将忌廉同埋蛋白饼分开食。将三层一齐食可以打返匀啲味道,食落我觉得系啱啱好偏甜。不过呢款蛋白饼会有少少漏,虽然份量唔大,但系我觉得最好揾多个人一齐食,如果唔系就太heavy了。

Mother’s Day was the first time I tried the cake from this shop. I bought their signature Berries Charlotte cake. I was attracted by the description on their website. "Fresh berries based on a unique crumbly base" as I love berries so much. The cake was fresh made with crunchy base and fresh fruits. The base is crunchy but not hard; the cream is special and not greasy.Customer service is nice, they answered my questions thru Whatsapp in a very short period of time and resolved the techincal issue immediately.Today is my friend's birthday, I ate Merveilleux, you should try if you love chocolate flavore
