早前同朋友兴祝生日🎊生日蛋糕当然系必需品🎂但系又plan左去食buffet惊食得太饱不过我地揾到呢间cake shop就完美地解决左呢个问题🥳.🌟Louis Pavlova (4-inch) ($175)本身见到铺头名以为系法式甜品但原来呢度嘅招牌巴甫洛娃蛋糕系澳洲传统菜式 不过就由法国师傅主理🇫🇷因为呢款蛋糕选用左蛋白霜作为基底佢雪白嘅外型令佢以苏联芭蕾舞演员安娜·巴甫洛娃的名字命名🩰.呢个蛋糕选用蛋白霜放系外围中间注满左朱古力甜奶油再系面头铺上芒果粒🥭同朱古力片🍫而且仲配上热情果酱俾客人加入蛋糕蛋白霜食起上黎有d脆嘅口感味道我就觉得似BBQ左嘅棉花糖外层而且加左d生果中和左奶油嘅甜味所以完全唔heavy同平日食开嘅蛋糕相比 Pavlova真系好轻盈 好似芭蕾舞者咁真系食完都唔觉得饱😆推荐呢款系香港比较少见嘅蛋糕俾大家🤩

I want to make clear that pavlovas are not a French dessert... so the shop really made me worried that they had merengue pretending to be a pavlova. To be clear this is a true ANZ dessert and is widely eaten by locals in Australia and New Zealand. Surprisingly - they do make a decent pavlova with some interesting flavours like milk tea. Once you get over the fact that they didn’t really want to pay homage to the kiwi/Aussie culture, it’s a decent dessert to remind you of home! Nice presentation and quite tasty! Price is reasonable but not great if you’re looking for a full cake.
