La Creperie讲到香港正宗嘅法式可丽饼餐厅🇫🇷, 第一间就谂起La Creperie. 个人喜欢甜品crêpes, 所以几次去La Creperie 都系食饭後甜品. 今日先系第一次试Galette, 发现原来都几有惊喜. Le s Pierres Noires Galette $142咸味既Galette, 可丽饼皮系以荞麦粉制成颜色会比较深一点🟤每啖都带有淡淡嘅麦香, 口感软绵绵. 其实无论系甜crêpes定Galette都有颇多款式, 今次选呢款有camembert cheese, smoked hams, tomato, 中间系半熟蛋🍳. 食前划开egg yolk, 金黄蛋液增添左湿润感, 加埋佢个cheese & hams 配埋带麦香饼皮好夹~Blinis小食底都系用左可丽饼切割成小圆形, 上面铺左mascarpone cheese 同smoked salmon. 一口size, 软滑带微甜mascarpone cheese 配上咸而带烟燻香嘅smoked salmon 几好食. Fine de Cancale Oysters 由🇫🇷法国西北Cancale 空运, 每年只有Sep~Dec时食到最时令嘅. Oysters 有半只手大, 口感柔软饱满, 第一口系都几重嘅海水味, 之後就迎黎鲜味, 带微甜Mussels & French Fries $178同样系seasonal 未必黎到就有得order. 用左法国西北部Brittany 嘅Morisseau mussels, 虽然每只size 唔大, 但只只呈橙色肉质嫩滑, 以white wine 烹调更带出其鲜味. 而且份量唔少, 食完壳都堆到小山咁. 一边薯条幼身炸得好香脆, 攞上手不油腻放耐都仲系咁脆, 有令人停唔到手嘅魔力🤣La Sexy Suzette Crêpes$118店员会倒flamed Cointreau, 橙味甜酒, 系crêpes上, 蓝色火焰会停留系crêpes 几秒, 视觉上好震撼. 带橙香crêpes 配上mango sorbet 同lime, 酸酸甜甜加埋柠檬清香好fresh.La Voiles De Saint Tropes Crêpes $88记忆中第一次食就系呢款, 可丽饼软中比起Galette 多左微Q口感同蛋香. salted butter caramel 咸甜嘅味道, 配上caramelized apple 同vanilla ice cream 香甜而不腻, 系食左一啖会令人忍唔住微笑嘅味道😊☺️Val De Rance Sweet (2%)呢度Signature 嘅饮品, 据说用Apple Ciders配可丽饼系Brittany最传统嘅食法 🤤 味道甜甜地, 酒精浓度唔高好易入口, 有d 似Jolllt Sandy, 平时唔好酒嘅我都好喜欢 继续阅读

我多年前帮衬过「La Crêperie」嘅上环店,味道唔错,但该舖迁出之後,佢就慢慢喺我脑海里淡出🙈。直至最近同朋友约食饭,佢提起想食可丽饼,我再上网搵之下,先醒起餐厅喺湾仔仲有店!我哋经网上订座,一到步已获男店员热情招待☺️。佢除咗介绍菜式,更主动分享餐厅嘅背景同美食嘅由来,服务态度非常专业,令整个用餐过程生色不少。接住落嚟我会介绍一连串嘅美食,其中有好多款系薄饼,全部都系薄饼!9. Homemade Brittany Fish Soup ($95),🐟法国鱼汤不嬲都出名,而呢度嘅出品更比我之前食过嘅优秀。汤品够热冇得输,散发出浓浓鱼香,唔会有腥味。佢另外仲搭配芝士同脆面包粒,夹埋食味道更正宗,而且芝士不乏拉丝效果。11. Goat Cheese Salad ($138),🥗沙律超邪恶,皆因佢用上大量羊奶芝士,芝士划分两种,分别系中间煎香圆形嗰件,同埋新鲜芝士碎,两种口感同样湿润,带少少羶香味🐐,几正。沙律汁用上甜甜嘅蜜糖🍯,同咸香风乾火腿形成强烈对比,味道丰富。虽然系沙律,但佢底部都铺咗块薄饼。20. La Marin ($162),🇫🇷法式薄饼可分为咸甜两种,外型差唔多,但实际上名称同用料都有啲分别。咸嘅薄饼会称为Galettes,用上Buckwheat Flour荞麦制成,而甜嘅薄饼则称为Crepes,并由Wheat Flour小麦整成。我哋点嘅呢款Galette系海鲜系列之一,薄饼上面舖咗三粒鲜甜带子同用白酒忌廉汁炒香嘅烟肉蘑菇🥓🍄,食落好够味,但始终系忌廉汁,所以有少少漏。三角形嘅薄饼煎得几脆身,就咁食都好食。70. La Jamaicaine ($118),呢款甜Crepe绝对系打卡之选📸,因为佢会系你面前焫焫焫焫焫焫着,哈哈。长方形薄饼放上一球M品牌云呢拿雪糕同焦糖香蕉🍌,外围淋上朱古力酱,再用橙酒Grand Marnier点燃,燃起蓝蓝火光🔥。朱古力本身同橙味好夹,呢个经典组合唔会令人失望。76. La Plougastel ($82),呢款可以话系香港比较常见嘅甜薄饼款式,就连个摺法亦然。薄饼皮偏薄,并较为软身,中间夹住忌廉同士多啤梨🍓,而上面就有一球红桑子雪葩。雪葩又酸又冻,好醒神。不过整体口味就未算令人印象深刻。饮品方面,店员高度推介饮法国苹果酒Apple Cider🍎,咁先系最传统嘅食法!即使系Apple Cider,佢都有多款选择,嗌杯装嘅话,就以战斗杯盛上。我哋试咗Val de Rance Sweet($50)同埋Kerne “Craft Cider”($55),酒精含量分别为6%同4.5%。🍺两杯都好重果香,酒精浓度低啲就比较甜同易入口,但其实都啱女仔饮。环境方面,餐厅面积细细,但都装修得几靓,以海洋同船做主题⚓️🚢。其中有一边更系窗口位,可以望到街景,气氛让人舒服放松。总括嚟讲,餐厅无论食物质素定环境服务均令人满意,想品嚐来自法国北部Brittany嘅美食😋,就一定要嚟La Crêperie!最後, 我上载埋餐厅嘅完整餐牌以供参考🙏🏻。 继续阅读

以前唔多地方有crepe食,所以一讲到Crepe,通常就会即刻谂起La Creperie。第一间去嘅系上环分店,之後系湾仔店及铜锣湾店,每次都无令我失望。最近好姊妹生日,突然有D挂住呢度嘅Crepe,就嚟到湾仔店食生日饭。估唔到味道依然无变,样样都好好食!La Creperie由法国人主理,提供多款法国西北部海岸城市Brittany嘅特色菜式。餐厅依旧人气十足,我哋呢日平日晚市照旧座无虚席,好彩有一早订座。我们点咗二人晚市套餐($538),有主菜x2,甜品x2及饮品x2,非常丰富。Homemade Brittany Fish Soup ($95)印象中,呢度嘅鱼汤非常好饮,姊妹未试过,索性点一客分享。鱼汤上桌时仲系热腾腾,鱼鲜味道依旧浓郁,好少饮到咁浓郁嘅西汤呢!趁热倒入芝士及炸面包粒,可以令鱼汤味道更为提升,口感更加丰富。Set Dinner包两杯饮品,选择都几多,但食Crepe配Apple Cider 系法国传统,我哋当然要入乡随俗。所以饮品方面,首推Apple Cider。呢度嘅Apple Cider来自法国,酒精浓度不高,用碗饮别有一番风味。主菜:25.Les Pierres Noires Galettes做法正宗,用上法国Brittany不含麸质嘅荞麦粉(Buckweat Flour)整成,非常健康。材料有太阳蛋,芝士,smoked ham等,咸香十足。Shrimp Pasta除咗Galettes之外,呢度嘅Pasta都好有水准。意粉煮得al dente,唔会太淋身,大虾煎得金黄,口感新鲜爽弹,份量亦好慷慨呢!甜品:64.Les Voiles de St TropezCrepe则用上小麦粉(wheat flour)整成,饼皮富面粉香,口感软熟。我一向锺意食焦糖,所以第一款就立即锁定64.Les Voiles de St Tropez啦!Salted butter caramel配搭焦糖化苹果粒,甜而不腻,再食一口冰凉软滑嘅云呢拿雪糕,绝对系大满足!72.La Poulie感谢店员的协助,顺利比好友惊喜!呢款crepe材料简单,只有烤杏仁片,蜜糖及开心果雪糕,但同软熟嘅饼皮夹埋一齐食好好食! 继续阅读

Brittany 系法国沿岸嘅其中一个小镇,随咗盛产青口之外,仲有龙虾,虾,生蚝等等嘅海鲜 🦞🦐 佢地仲系最传统制作可丽饼嘅地方,所以跟佢地食就一定无错啦 👍🏻呢到个厨师都系法国人黎架,够哂地道La Snickers 📍$75Nutella * salted butter caramel * peanut 成个 combination 绝对系无得输! 个 crepe 又够烟韧,邪恶得来又好好食,一个好似唔够 share 添La Piano 📍$145咸嘅Crepe 其实有第二个名架,叫做 Galettes,佢地用咗 gluten free 黎整个饼,比一般crepe 更健康 👍🏻 La Piano 入面有烟三文鱼,菠菜,上面仲有只靓靓嘅蛋 😋 切开嘅时候啲蛋汁漏哂出嚟,好正~La Sexy Suzette 📍$118可丽饼上面个啲系柠檬cream 黎架,应该加咗少少糖一齐打,令到佢唔会太酸 😋 上面个个系芒果sorbet ,上枱嘅时候仲会加啲火焰,岩哂打咭 👍🏻 系一个酸得黎又带点甜嘅甜品Octopus carpaccio 📍$128考验到刀工嘅时候又来啦 💪🏻 啲八爪鱼切得好薄,再加少少柠檬汁已经够晒鲜甜 👍🏻 唔好以为佢切得薄系因为想悭料呀,佢份量都好足架!Mussles & Fries 📍$178法国嘅蓝青口而家当造呀!粒粒都劲肥美饱满 😍 而且系鲜甜架!一啲都唔会腥 😎 就咁用牛油同洋葱已经好好食 😋 Kerne - Craft Cider 📍$55真系唔讲唔知,原来可丽饼最传统嘅食法系同要夹苹果酒架 🥂 法国黎嘅苹果酒,淡淡的苹果酒衬托出可丽饼嘅甜味,再用碗饮,有啲战斗碗嘅感觉 😂 别具一番滋味Sparkling homemade pineapple & ginger ale cooler 📍$45 啲菠萝好甜喎,加埋ginger ale,有啲似杂果宾治,几清新 继续阅读

The atmosphere was cozy and chilling🎶absolutely a great place for gathering with friends and family🥂<starters>Octopus carpaccio🐙 Ingredients were fresh and the thin-cut octopus was chewy😀it was also very appetising😙<mains>Lobster pasta🦞 Their signature dish is clearly galettes, however the lobster pasta was really nice too.🍝 The flavourful spaghetti was cooked with tomatoes and fish broth. With the freshly cooked lobster meat, the dish was finger licking😋La pianoOne of their most popular galettes🏆The galette was topped with a runny egg yolk and some cream cheese🍳Inside there was spinach and smoked salmon and the portion was generous🥰The savoury crepe was made with buckwheat which is #glutenfree and gave a crispy texture😆<dessert >La JamaicaineFlamed with Grand Marnier, and with cooked bananas and vanilla ice cream 🍨, the crepe has strong alcohol and sweet taste😙the wine pour was just a visual feast😆Le defiBanana and caramel is always the perfect match✨The salted caramel had took the dessert to the next level. Loved how the saltiness and sweetness had interwoven and the chewiness of the crepe🥰.<drinks>Val de Rance dry(5%)🥂It was a recommended authentic pairing. The dry one has stronger alcohol taste.
