約咗朋友食呢間我好鍾意嘅pizza🍕(餐廳並沒有訂枱服務) 自已早到了餐廳 朋友未到 就先點了杯house white wine🍷之後朋友到咗就二話不說點了 La Parma   🥓 🥗 火煺是用 20 months 夠乾身豐富鹹香 😋  而 IL PIATTO DELLA BURRATA 芝士新鮮軟滑 再飲咗兩支 chardonnay(餐廳限坐 1 1/2 hrs) 餐廳細細間, 要有心理準備通常都要等位

由意大利夫婦開的pizza店🇮🇹🍕特別喜歡意式pizza的口感，而且很多款口味也十分吸引😍//Lunch set點了這款la camburrata，除了parma ham外，重點當然是附了一顆150g的burrata cheese!! 未切開已爆汁，切開後就是滿滿的cheeseeeee🤩喜歡這種味道不太重卻很有口感的芝士，作為pizza上的主角實在💯❤️//另外還點了每逢吃意大利菜時都要吃的tiramisu🤎稍微覺得ladyfingers浸得過軟，creamy程度也有點over，變了水水的，不過整體入口的咖啡和酒味也做得不錯👍🏼

Having read several good reviews and media coverage about the authenticity of this small Italian restaurant, finally we visited it with keen expectation for an authentic cannoli experience which we have been missing since last visit to Italy in 2018.The shell is crispy but the filling is disappointing because it lacks the soul of cannoli - ricotta or mascarpone cheese. 今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於中環嘅 La Camionetta，主打義大利式菜。我哋到訪當日烈日當空，而我哋坐得靠近門口確實係幾熱。店內面積細小，所以坐得算狹窄，但氣氛、食物、以及服務都令我哋覺得能搭救環境上嘅不足，仍然係值得推介。La Camionetta is located in Central, specializes in Italian cuisines. It was hot weather on the day we visit, as we are sitting next to the door. The area of the restaurant is small, where the seating is quite close to each other. Wow! Literally The best pizza in town! A small pizza place owned by the lovely Italian couple, serving delicious and authentic handcrafted pizzas! They don’t take reservations, we arrived at 6:30 and waited for 1.5 hour for the seat, but totally worth it! 星期日的晚上, 中還行完街 想食pizza 🍕經過伊利近街 知道附近有好多餐廳, 望望下就入咗呢間 La Camionetta, 餐廳細細間 有好多外籍人士 happy hour🍺氣氛熱鬧我同朋友坐低後亦先叫了兩杯白酒🍷再看看menu 點了IL piatto della burrata 🍕餅夠鬆脆香口 加埋burrata吃十分美味, 而parma ham 肉質柔軟、甘甜芳香另外再點了IL vitello tonnato 綿密的鮪魚醬汁加小牛肉同橄欖 入口香濃最後我們共飲了六杯白酒🥂完美(離開餐廳時才發現門邊寫上 用餐時間一個半小時)

三個人order左個 IL VITELLO TONNATO 同 LA CAMBURRATA。IL VITELLO TONNATO屬於前菜，入面有火箭菜、橄欖、叫Focaccia的麵包仔同埋用牛肉墊底嘅吞拿魚醬。麵包稍微有點咸，但整體係好味嘅！LA CAMBURRATA 呢個pizza真係冇得輸！！佢有parma ham 同中間有個包咁大的cheese，佢menu寫話有150g嫁，夾埋pizza一齊食，超好味呢。我哋仲叫左老闆娘調左兩杯 expresso martini，有咖啡嘅味道有帶少少酒味，唔會太苦，好好飲。

I visited with my two children (6 and 7) and a friend of mine on a Saturday for lunch. We four (Bavarian and Austrian pizza lover) were in for a surprise. 最初睇到「祥仔Ricky」介紹，講話呢間Pizza好味到不得之了，咁啱今日要去中環見客，即管抽抽時間行上去蘇豪區見識一下先。其實這區有很多特色餐廳，但唔一定啱自己口味，KOL大讚也不一定係好嘢。女店主推介Pizza可以 Half Half 的叫法 ; (半) LA TONNATA 吞拿魚Pizza是意大利風味 ; (半) LA PIZZALADTERE 鯷魚Pizza是法國風味 ; 11" 吋的 Pizza 豐富足料又好味，非常滿足👍。我見餐牌上有幾款好嘢， IL Vitello Tonnato $128，IL Piatto Della Burrata $158，La Pizza Monsieur $98 下次再試。

I think this will be my go-to place for authentic Italian pizza.   Had their 8 inch pizza lunch set.   I chose La Caprese, (Roma tomato, Pesto and cheese).   The pie was hot, fresh and crispy.    Their homemade spicy olive oil really take the pizza to another level.   I asked for rocket on top of the pizza,  the peppery taste of the greens made the pizza taste so much better.If you a fan of sparkling water like me, make sure you order some here.   The sparkling water is not branded, just simply

Their pizza is so gd that even if u store in the fridge for 2 days and reheat in the toaster oven..still gives u a mouthgasm Super friendly staff...excellent service
