9/11与甜魔们行经海港城讨论起,原来大家都对店内的竹炭卷很感兴趣,但店内不设散装,只能原条的买($100)。 其实除开,原条装要比Roll / Patisserie Yamakawa抵食许多,但烦在难以一次KO嘛! 然后,大家就想到-----9/18的谭鱼头开幕晚宴,不正正就是最好时机吗? 所以再累都好,出发往土瓜湾前也要先买下这大家的心愿。 店员的态度几好,又将蛋卷包得精美;要是以前十分欣赏,不过现在的想法改变了,会觉得是有点不环保,如可改成圣安娜手挽的蛋卷盒(迟些贴图分享)不是更好吗? 另外Konditorei Gute没有自己的收银处,付款要到Little Mermaid Bakery那边,结果付款时师奶仔又受诱买下Citysuper月饼,味道其实一般般啦。 取卷后约经半小时车程,抵达宽阔偌大贵宾厅,与众甜魔一起开动了! 拆开黄色包装纸,以饼店附送一的饼刀切卷之时,已感到蛋卷较湿润棉实,吃来果然也是,质感是不错的;食味方面,外围黑色竹炭部份并无香味甜味,主要靠第二层浅灰色的芝麻卷位、以及中芯红豆的甜味钓味;其中值得欣赏的一点,是蛋卷的忌廉比例较少,食感较为轻怡。虽然如图可见,当晚大家因各式甜品太丰富,未能清光整条炭卷,但要讲此卷整体是不错的,后来带回家的两件被老公一次清光,就是证明。 叹完炭卷,接下来的十月素局,甜魔又一起分享甚么好? P.S. 据悉super e-card会有折扣,但笔时小妹还未收咭,唉~~

四月上旬易增肥系列中,比较喜欢吃这个玛利饼(Meringue),不用刀叉亦无吃到要洗手的忌廉,拿上手就吃,又甜又松很易上隐。在小店见到小包$16的玛利曲奇,未试过就买来试试,却不知小巧蛋白砂糖饼仔拿上手很易破损,结果是一裤子的糖粉,成功放入口的话,感觉是「入口即化」,不觉得松脆,感觉就如吃糖粉,比较起来侧鱼涌的百利饼店,虽然是普通的茶记,但做起玛利饼来,却是有办有眼,更值得推介。

I was quite pleased with the sakura cheesecake I had last time (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1992280), so this time I decided to order two more pieces to share with my friends on top of the cheesecake. Mont-Blanc was gorgeously covered with strands of chestnut mousse, a half of a sweetened chestnut, plus two biscuits on the side. The chestnut flavor wasn’t very strong, and everything was pretty quite delicious though nothing blew me away. The more surprising part was the raspberry filling inside, which provided a nice hint of citrus tang and was a refreshing complement to the chestnut components. Similar to most of their offerings, the mont-blanc was not overly sweet, which is something I always appreciate as I am not really a sweet fanatic. The cream puff has a very creamy and custardy innards, not as airy as Beard Papa's, but more dense and velvety in texture. The puff was sadly a bit too chewy as it wasn’t freshly made. Otherwise this would be another great option for a non-chocolaty dessert.Share desserts with friends - that's the real sweet part

正月十三‧晴 翌日已经要比赛,根据教练的锦囊,是日要吃一排朱古力,尽量增加能量。在去citysuper买朱古力的途中,见到这个半月型的朱古力饼几得意,吃埋无坏。 卖相很精美,包装也一丝不苟的。吃起来面层是浓浓的牛奶朱古力,不苦却很香甜。内里是橙味的朱古力慕丝,也是很浓郁的。平日的我,必会吃到牙软,但是日又好像吃得几合胃口,因为知道要为自己fuel up! 32蚊一件,不便宜,而甜牙齿必喜欢。

小小的布甸真的很好味,味道浓郁,虽然小小的,但份量刚刚好,买回来后记住要快食,若果在室温放得太耐,就无左creamy 既 效果!果樽仔可以留起,第日自己有时间,可作甜品樽用,very good!!!!
