i chef kitchen has taken a modern vibe to create its name, featuring elegant and yummy western cuisine like pasta, pizza, and sizzling pepper rice lunch sets.Smoked Salmon & Onsen Egg Confit in Lemon Cream Sauce with Spaghetti or Rice ($48) served with green salad, soup of the day, and hot drinks. The ooey gooey runny egg yolk is something we could not wait to try. We wish we can just put down the camera and dig in right away. Egg and pasta combination can never fail, adding smoked salmon slices on top brings the dish to a whole new level with its freshness and natural saltiness. 新开食民营内发现有间稳世食店,I chef kitchen嘅大㕑系五星级酒店出身㗎,食物果然有保证!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻只睇卖相已够吸引、食物又新鲜、味道更加唔洗问!果然酒店级水准!但平民化价钱! 今次点咗3个餐,西班牙薄饼、温泉蛋烟三文鱼柠檬忌廉汁配饭、鸡肉火腿蕃茄汁配饭!2个饭餐都配上餐汤、沙律&饮品!而今日餐汤系青豆薯仔薄荷汤,试第一啖汤,哗!估唔到薯仔汤系可以做到咁清新口味喔! 温泉蛋烟三文鱼柠檬忌廉汁配饭,真系喜出望外!我平时唔like食烟三文鱼,因为大部分都又咸又鞋!但今次试咗啖,竟然有清淡烟薰味之外,仲要肉质鲜美又滑滑!温泉蛋又做到半生熟,合到好处!😋😋鸡肉火腿蕃茄汁配饭,初时肉眼望上去,以为系平时普通鸡扒,点知咬一啖鸡肉竟然嫩滑到不得了㖞!2个饭套餐都配上和风沙律,D菜好新鲜爽脆吖!香港人平时多肉少菜,套餐唔单止有汤,仲加埋沙律,真系好细心喔!最后系西班牙薄饼,材料用上巴马风干火腿、水牛芝士、车厘茄+茄酱!薄饼底做到好香脆,水牛芝士配上巴马火腿,两者味道不单止好匹配,而且水牛芝士仲香软到可以拉出一丝丝芝士呀!😋😋😋😋以后又多个美食之地啦,下次一定要试埋鐡板套餐! 继续阅读
