昨天和家人到湾仔,看到这间店,进去试一试只有两个餐:烧春鸡和炸鱼薯条,便每样㸃一个,十分钟后上菜了。炸鱼非常好味!皮脆肉多,超新鲜呀!烧春鸡也很惹味,肉很鲜,有香牛油味。还包白洋葱汤,喝得出是真才实料,极力推荐! 继续阅读

汕头街最近出现一间外卖店,走过时总嗅到香味扑鼻而来。走近一看,原来小店售卖的只有两味,亦即是其主打的招牌菜法国烤春鸡及炸鱼薯条。是日,小人叫了一客炸鱼薯条午餐$88,尝试回味一下在英国时久违了的炸鱼薯条风味。未免系谂多左吧?!午餐包括一客田园沙律,相信是附近吃过最差的!因为沙律菜都是购入的来货吧,不经烹煮,理论上应该不会出现差池。但居然沙律菜可以不爽,质感像是雪过了头再摊放了一段时间的菜,即使加入沙律汁亦无补于事,超级难吃。吃炸鱼薯条,追求的就是咬下去那热呼呼皮脆鱼嫩的口感,而这份炸鱼薯是条绝对不会给到这种感觉。包裹鳕鱼同炸的啤酒脆皮一点都不松脆香口,过份油腻;鳕鱼肉实的的,一义即散,更神奇地带有苦涩味,是因为啤酒造的脆浆吗?难得的是即叫即制刚炸起的鱼柳是不够热的!粗薯条薯味欠奉,同样是腍身得会散开的。造成这个效果的要就是食材雪得太久、要就是油温不够,店方似乎在处理食材方面仍有进步的空间。以两个字来形容,差劲!食味之差,堪称史上最强!如果这就唤作英式炸鱼薯条,就实在太不可思议了!顺带一提$88的套餐连饮品也没有,性价比超低。 继续阅读

处于商业区,食物价钱提高是常识吧!否则何来抵挡昂贵的租金呢!朋友介绍 the best in town (town-我估是想指湾仔吧),就此跟你去试试。细少的舖仔,没有多余位置供堂食门前放有黑板仔导出今日特别介绍,但此食店主要售卖春鸡及炸鱼薯条而已等了约10分钟,外卖终于到手,急不及待想打开看看88元的炸鱼薯条就是这样了鱼柳只有一条,切开鱼肉松散,更有鱼腥味⋯⋯How come the best 呢!炸浆又不够味!薯条反南瓜汤是可以的,但那主角已令整顿午餐失分了。十分失望! 继续阅读
