After having a very awesome dinner at Central, we have a feeling that a delicate dessert could bring a perfect conclusion of the night. And 2 great cups of Honey Creme Ice-cream just suit the tone so much!My friend is a manic of chocolate, with no surprises, the ice cream with chocolate beans definitely is her first choice. With delicate and silky texture of ice cream and some cruchness of the chocolate beans, definitely won't let you down in what-so-ever way.And for me, I choose the Winter Limited edition, i.e. the Bailey Ice Cream. The combination is perfect and the sweetness of the cup is mild, maybe a good choice for the one who wants something alcoholic at a dessert shop.

平安夜晚餐后,与友人回程时想填饱另一个胃,在中环行人电梯口,找到3间雪糕店……拣左呢间比较多人帮衬既韩国蜂巢雪糕店……友人话圣诞最好食下有酒精成份既雪糕,更有气氛,而且仲系店内推介添……baileys沟雪糕融得好快、酒味好浓,唔饮得之人真系会醉架!直头可以边食边饮,又几趣怪!

早前看电视,发现这个韩国的雪糕引入到香港,当中雪糕的奶味与蜂蜜十分相衬,在小S的推介之下,决定一试Honey Creme 的雪糕。雪糕店位于往半山的天桥底,在警察局下面,位置不算太难找。在一个只有200尺左右的店内,却有另一番风味。蜂巢雪糕 $42这个雪糕除了在雪糕面上加上一个小小的蜂巢之外,在杯的四周都有大量的蜂蜜。一把这个雪糕放进口中,便会有一层层很润的蜂蜜,在配上牛奶味的雪糕下,不会太甜,而两者的感觉都十分夹。棉花糖雪糕 $38这个雪糕,却令人有一点点失望。在电视上看到艺人在吃的时候,看起上来很不错的感觉。但吃下来,除了棉花糖有一点点特别之下,却没有其他特色。这个棉花糖与雪糕吃起来,十分甜,不太推介。

开咗系香港咁耐,我先第一次来呢间雪糕店,中环呢间分店完全唔需要排队。今日仲咁啱见到佢有个新口味,Baileys ;) my favorite !Baileys espresso tiramisu ice cream : 雪糕仍然系佢original味道嘅雪糕,雪糕面头有杏仁片同咖啡粉,雪糕奶味很重,好滑,但咁热加埋林左espresso 系面,真系溶得好快嘅,想食慢啲欣赏下杯雪糕都唔得,最钟意系雪糕杯最底下面,放咗手指饼,浸满左espresso 同Baileys !! 夹埋啲雪糕一齐食就多咗口感!小倩回头率: 80% return rate

想吃很久,但铜锣湾店往往人头涌涌,难得中环店开在苏豪区附近,人流不太多,终于的起心肝试下。点了蜂巢ice cream cone试,由于天气热,雪糕溶得好快,幸好有张纸兜住,否则食得颇论尽的。雪糕入口好绵滑,牛奶味超重,像流动雪糕车卖的雪糕味道,当然Honey Creme的较滑,份量也较大。Cone 很脆,带微朱古力味,跟雪糕很配。蜂巢容易咬开,甜甜的蜂蜜充斥口腔,但说真的,夹埋雪糕一起吃的话其实吃不到蜂蜜味,因雪糕奶味真的很浓。我倒认为雪糕还雪糕,蜂巢还蜂巢吃好了。
