HOMELite Coffee.a small cafe in water street, selling English snacks like fish and chips, hot dogs, fried smash potato.The price of brownies just caught my eyes thus I would like to try it out.$18 for 5 pieces of brownies (I think you can't find any cheaper than this, this is super super attractive price)however, when it was served, I was shocked, the brownies were hold in a plastic cup, with another cup of sauce next to it. let me talk about the sauce first: it was specially mixed, with chocolate suace and cream, and something like salad sauce.... I found it quite special, it balanced the sweetness and gave an extra flavor to the brwonies.however, brownies are much smaller than I expected... it is like cubes, size like a 1 dollar coin, and it looks quite "different " from the pictures.... it looks dry and dark, not too appealing nd there is no sugar fross on top. but it smell LIKE brownie still, chocolate and buttery...I think it missed out one of the key point of brownie, the nutty taste, I think having some nuts in brownie can enhance it flavor. the brownie is crunchy on the out and soft inside... but it just doesn't taste like brownie..it is rather like a "fried sponge cake), you don't taste the mosit cake and sticky chocolate, but you can taste the crsipy coat and fluffy cake. and it is unlike the usual brownie that was bake in a big tray and theh cake into pieces.overall: I think the ssize is abit too small and unlike normal brownie. but taste quite special and not bad. and the interior design makes you feel like living in England and very relaxing~

藏匿系水街街角的小店, 店面的装修唔错有特色 餐厅主要系cafe形式, 有卖唔同味道的沙冰同咖啡, 有全日早餐同burger king形式的burger set, 价钱都算合理, 质素都几好 今次食佐个英国风嘅炸鱼薯条餐同芝士鸡堡餐, 炸鱼好好食无雪藏味同埋炸得啱啱好 至于个鸡堡价钱同M记廿差唔多不过块鸡juicy系细块佐d, 值得推介系$11/2球嘅意大利雪糕, 佢个雪糕唔易熔, 朱古力味同抺茶味都做得好, 好好食

话说小弟公司成日搅Ｈappy Friday小聚，各人带自己特色小食回公司分享。作为第一篇介绍，小弟就简咗Homelite Cafe，多多包涵。入内，基本上所有食物款式都贴晒响幅墙，一目了然。店舖走简约路线，空间感大，坐得舒服。很有外国feel呢！店员全是有礼貌的后生仔女，亲切感十足。当日，小弟我点咗特色小食有：Brownies (迷你布朗尼脆脆)、 apple pie (美式苹果批)、芝士球(蒜香忌廉味及蕃茄意大利饭味)等。Brownies 细细粒。热食，好脆及味道略甘，配上特色沙律酱。唔腻，口感唔错。本人另叫咗 ＂自家制雪糕球＂配Brownies食。冷热感觉更强烈。ＹummyApple pie 外貌同麦当奴一样。不过佢系即做即炸。即场食会好脆。无想像中的太甜，反而苹果味更突出。最后，最惊喜就系芝士球。两种味各有特色。蒜香忌廉味俾到味蕾强烈感觉，而蕃茄意大利饭就混合咗淡味芝士，做出平衡感。细细咬开，睇到芝士流出嚟。其他地方未食过。同事都话好味道。只系价钱贵咗少少。不过玩味十足。听店员讲呢，佢地会不定时推出新款式。以上三款都系新出。期待下期或者圣诞会出惊喜的款式。期间，响等外卖时候，我再点咗芝腿蛋牛角酥跟餐upgrade 冻Mocha coffee。实行边等边食。个包唔太油腻。加上芝士火腿蛋三种材料及少许黑椒。口感出奇地夹，很适合这个秋凉的天气。薯饼同麦当奴一样味。冻Mocha coffee（一定要试！）好得。水准拍得住Starbucks。价钱仲平过佢。中和咗牛油酥油腻感觉。绝配。美中不足的是无wifi上网。高纤小食（例如：沙律等）比较少。其次，叫得太多香口及煎炸嘢。食得太多，会热气。转头记得饮凉茶。下次试下其他包类套餐或者小食啦。

一直听朋友讲佢家楼下有间平平地又简单既ALL DAY BREAKFAST, 今日去开揾佢就同佢去食埋个ALL DAY BREAKFAST, 12点去食个早餐,又真系早餐价钱,真系岩晒d晏起身既人出黎食早餐,我家楼下都有间就好啦.我朋友食返平时佢食开既JUMBO$43, 我就简单食个LITE BRAKFAST$26,朋友个份JUMBO实在好大份,吾系特别有D咩食物吸引,但D炸野炸得好食,薯饼同鱼手指都炸得几好食,都几丰富 我个份lite breakfast另外加左只蛋($4),以为系另上的,原来是叠埋放系个松饼上面的,个卖相都ok , 放埋蛋入去连埋个松饼食都几好味,另外仲有粟米同沙律酱,不过食得有d"伦尽",d粟米会跌出黎 但都ok,$30一个早餐仲有杯咖啡,跟餐regular coffee都算几好饮,下次单买一杯都可以($15).今日佢地餐厅打开晒个门,凉凉地好舒服,坐系靠墙放menu位置都几舒服.呢间餐厅吾怪得朋友成日去,亲切感几好,好乐意去照顾客人,入门就讲hello,走个时又讲byebye,如果我住呢边,我谂我都会成日去.
