At 12:15pm with the restaurant just open, three members of waiting staff were already stood around chatting while guests were arriving to be seated. After I asked where to scan the code for the “Be Safe” app, not only was I not told where to swipe but they just pretended they didn’t hear me. The food was good, but the service was terrible.
